I have purchase a voltas split AC on dated 21/04/2023 form Electronic Craft B-4&5 Kanti Nagar Delhi 110051. It has to be installed by voltas authorized technician, I have to pay 599/+GST as installation charge. A technician came to install the AC on dated 24/04/2023, but he demanded over charge to me i.e. Rs300/ for stand installation Rs1200/ for drill charge which is not justified. As per technician, swing flap's bush or something is not working it has to be replaced. But its been one month since I registered this complaint yo voltas but still they say order has been placed for new part but not delivered.
I am totally unsatisfied with the service.
Why this much delay. The product is in warrenty period its just 5 month old....

On the 29th June, the AC unit stopped functioning and complaint was registered. Complaint number - [protected].

The first batch of service engineers came and said this was not their area of expertise and to contact the customer care again. On second call to customer care, a new team of service engineers came and diagnosed compressor damage; said it needs to be replaced. They said new part will be available with-in 15 days....

I purchased a Voltas AC 1.2 ton in the name of Swayamprava Nayak, mob- [protected] in March 2020 in Bangalore. It was installed by voltas service center(Royal cooling systems) within 15-20 days of purchase. I had used the AC for 15-20 days. In October 2020, when I switched on the AC, there was no cooling.

I have raised a service request [protected] as my AC was not working on 20.03.2022. In the past 25 days the technician came twice. In their first visit they identified faulty pcb and told us the it will be indented and will come again and get it replaced with the faulty pcb.
In their second visit on 01.04.2022 other technician came and said that there were three parts indented but one of them is different from the indented parts. And...

As my AC was not working I called voltas customer care service no. [protected] they sent two guys to repair my AC . He said he was a dealer of Voltas company and company has sent him, so he started repairing and told me that PCB of AC is not working and also Gas is leaked. He took PCB of the AC with him and then after three days he brought it back and charged 2650/- and gave us a bill. It was not working but he said that it will start working...

I bought voltas 1.2 ton split AC in April 2016.
It was all working fine.
Suddenly in April 2021 when I called the team for maintenance they said there is problem in the coil of the outdoor unit and this is causing gas leakage and the AC wont cool enough. I want to know how can there be a problem in the outdoor unit coil when there is no human interference or physical handling..
Now if I want to repair its costing me around...

I bought Voltas 1.5 ton split ac on 15.08.2020. so far the gas has been leaked for about 3tyms.
I don't know who is responsible for this manufacturer or the agency where I bought.
Such a waste of money, since it is under warranty I can claim now but after the warranty period, I am this will end up in spending few thousands frequently for this issue.
I totally regret buying Voltas, I think this is tym to throw this instead...

I have the same problem in my voltas inverter 1.5 ton ac. After 3-4hrs of starting the ac the error comes and blink 5-6 time pc 04 and ac restart again and its cooling also low when you compare to its first start.
