At the time of installation when service engineer opened it found damaged coil, I want to replace it immediately, please help me.

    I Purchased new ac and installed but ac not working. When talked with buyer they are saying motor is defective.

      Dear Sir/Madam,

      I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the quality of service provided by Voltas AC company. Last year, on January 15, 2023, I purchased an AC unit from your company for my wedding. Unfortunately, as summer approached, the unit malfunctioned, and despite numerous calls, it took over 1.5 months for your executive to replace the compressor.

      Now, to my dismay, the same issue has recurred this summer. Despite repeated attempts to contact your executive, we have been met with excuses and delays. To exacerbate matters, our calls are now being outright ignored as our number has been blocked.

      As you are undoubtedly aware, the sweltering heat makes the functioning of an AC imperative, and the repeated failures of your product and the unresponsiveness of your staff have caused undue inconvenience and discomfort.

      I implore you to take immediate action to resolve this matter. Firstly, I request a prompt repair or replacement of the faulty AC unit. Additionally, I urge you to investigate the conduct of the executive responsible for blocking our calls and ensure that appropriate disciplinary action is taken.

      Your swift attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated, as it is essential for restoring my faith in Voltas as a reliable provider of cooling solutions.

        In this regard I am complain about my ac compressor not working while it is warrenty period. The technician visit and service centre order a new compressor and after 15 days neither the change a new compressor not they provide the satisfactory reason for delay of delivery this part. Both the coustomer care and service centre are talk so bad manner, I can't describe it. I am humbly requested to you please dispose my problem as soon as possible.

          2-ton AC

              My AC giving H6 error on display ever since last service done by voltas engineer.

              Tried reaching customer care but could not connect and local service center also not responding
              Dont know what to do, i hope this platform helps or it is another online scam

                Dear Voltas Limited - A TATA Enterprise,

                I am writing to address a serious concern regarding the behavior of the Voltas service center representative and the recurring issue with my recently purchased AC unit (purchased on the 1st of May).

                Despite making multiple attempts to contact the service center, my calls either went unanswered or were improperly handled.

                Although the calls rang through, they were not picked up in a timely manner. On one occasion, the representative assured me of sending a technician the next morning. However, when I called the following morning, after several attempts, he informed me that the technician would arrive in the afternoon. Subsequently, upon further follow-ups, he then stated the technician would arrive by 8 PM in the evening.

                Concurrently, I have been in touch with the dealer, Valueplus, requesting a refund or replacement as the AC unit stopped functioning in less than a month. They assured me that they would replace the unit if the same issue recurred after a gas refill. When I expressed my frustration about the service center's unprofessional commitment, they arranged a conference call with the service center.

                Also, I have found other similar posts which I am mentioning here:

                During this call, the service center representative initially agreed to send the technician the next morning.

                However, when I insisted on resolving the issue on the same day due to his earlier commitment, he responded rudely and threateningly, saying, 'Dekhiye bhaiya, jyada dikkat hi to QR code bhejiye AC ka paise mai de deta hu apko' (Translation: 'Look brother, if there is too much trouble, send me the QR code of the AC, and I will refund your money').

                As a middle-class individual who has invested hard-earned money in purchasing this AC, it is extremely disheartening to face such behavior and lack of support, especially when the product has malfunctioned within a month. This raises serious concerns about the future support I can expect from Voltas.

                Additionally, as both customer care and the dealer have failed to resolve my issue, I attempted to raise this serious concern via email at [protected]@***.com this morning.

                As of now, I have not received any response to my email.

                How can people trust a product that stops working in less than a month and when support is sought, faces such unprofessional behavior?

                    Your VCare team is fully non-responsive & very casual in dealing with Customer issues. Till now my 2 emails dated 06.05.24 regarding servicing of my split AC have not been taken into cognizance & delay has caused payment of ₹ 700 for servicing of my Split AC.

                    I purchased Split AC on 20.05.23 which was installed on 23.05.23 (proof of installation is attached herewith).

                    I requested (through WhatsApp) for servicing of my AC on 06.05.24 (SR no. ~ [protected]) but servicing not done despite 2 emails on 06.05.24 to VCare also. Vcare was so casual in attending my 2 emails dated 06.05.24 that till now no response received regarding service request of my AC.

                    Again I lodged service request (through WhatsApp) on 23.05.24 (SR No. [protected]) and servicing was done on 24.05.24 but I had to pay ₹ 700 as charges for servicing due to delay on your part.

                    Till now I have not been provided Receipt of payment of ₹ 700 (paid for servicing on 24.05.24).

                        Dear Voltas team,

                        We purchased the AC but within 2 years the gas leaked and the way the technician refills the cooling gas, At a 16-degree temperature it is like a 30-degree temperature.
                        Feels like the service is very cheap.
                        I never saw the cooling gas in Voltas cylinder it appears to be an unbranded cylinder and we do not know whether they are putting appropriate amount

                        I would recommend consumer to buy other brand's A.C, you will definitely get offers on Voltas AC, to will looks appealing, but what about after sales service, the moment your AC gas is leaked for the first time then the AC is not worth keeping since the 3rd party service centre will not provide you the same service which a branded company directly can provide.
                        Please don't buy this ac.

                          My water dispenser was not cooling for which first complain was registered on 23 april, 2024 Req id [protected]. The technician visited and told that there is some problem with the Compressor. He promised to return in a day or 2, but there was no followup. I tried to call the service center, but phone was not attended. On 4 th may the issue was escalated but still no response from service center Req no.[protected].. On may 5th I recieved sms stating cancellation of SR stating reason Resolved on phone which was a lie. Later I Called Toll free number to register my grievances after which service center sent someone to change the compressor on 6th may. After few hours of changing the compressor, the dispenser again stoped colling. Various calls were made to the service center and few personal visits from my staff and after costant complain, a person was sent from the service center on 15th may, who after inspection said that gas has leaked and problem with heating coil. At that moment I was ready to pay for heating coil, even though it was their fault as it should have been checked at the time of installing the compressor. Now they are demanding payment for gas also which I contest.. The issue started on 23rd april and is still unresolved till today 16 may. The service center does not reply to our calls. Kindly solve the issue asap.

                            Am writing to bring to your attention an issue with the recent service provided for my Voltas AC unit, purchased from Singhal Electronics on Samochi Road, Kherli, Alwar, on June 26, 2020.

                            A few days ago, the AC started showing a 36 error code. Upon contacting customer care, a technician visited and diagnosed a technical fault with the PC. Subsequently, on April 27, 2024, another technician, after receiving the replacement PC, found that the packaging had been tampered with and the PC inside was old. This was confirmed by the technician, Neeraj, as well.

                            However, upon contacting Rohit ji from the Bharatpur service center (contact number: [protected]), we faced resistance. He denied the technician's assessment and repeatedly insisted that the old PC provided was authorized by the company and that we should not be concerned about whether the PC is old or new, as per his statements.

                            It's worth noting that there was no seal on the packaging, indicating that the PC had not been tampered with by us. Despite this, Rohit ji continued to argue that it is common for PCs to get dirty in the company's possession and that it is not their responsibility.

                            This situation has led to three technician visits, yet the cooling issue persists. I urge you to ensure that any parts replaced during the warranty period are new. It is unacceptable to receive used parts from the service center, especially when it negatively impacts the performance of the AC unit and does not resolve the recurring issue.

                            I have attached the AC's details, images of the old PC, and images of the packaging for your reference. I kindly request your prompt attention to this matter and the installation of a new PC to rectify the ongoing cooling problem.

                              I have bought new 1.5 Ton 3 star vide Invoice DW15 dated 7/4/24. The AC was installed 10/4/24 by the Voltas team despite being defective as it was showing e-1 Error at that time. We noticed this error for 3-4 days and filed the complaint. Voltas Engg. attended the complaint and found the defect in PCB, the PCB after repair was installed. We wanted to replace the unit at that time but as a TATA Brand we gave a chance but the E-1 error again appeared on 11/5/2024 and we filed the complaint. Engg. visited on 12/5/2024 and told to replace the PCB which was not acceptable to us. We want the replacement with New proper Quality tested Air Conditioner. I have lost my Trust in TATA after this episode. we have mentioned replacement request in the Engineer site visit form. An early action will be highly appreciated

                                I have ordered Voltas 245V Vectra Plus from amazon on 1 st May 2024. I received the product from amazon after good delay of 7 days ( even being a prime member) on 7th May and now I am waiting to get it installed . It’s already 72 hours and customer care is not able to get a technician for AC installation. I contacted their customer care and even escalated the matter to their higher manager but no go. Can I get someone to help me with my new AC installation

                                  On 27.04.24 I purchased one VOLTAS Inverter 1.5 T Split AC from CROMA Kalikapur Kolkata. On 29.04.24 AC was installed by VOLTAS Technician but the outdoor unit was installed on parapet wall of the roof wrongly facing it inside. Due to this hot air is directly blowing to my one room on the roof and also affecting plantation in the roof. Same night I called the Technician over phone and requested him to reverse the face of outdoor unit. He never turned up. Subsequently I wrote email to Voltascare. They have given Service Request No. [protected] and contact number. Neither anybody turned up not they receive the phone call. After complaining they gave me contact number of Service Area Manager but here also fate is same. I am disgusted with such behaviour of VOLTAS. Please help me.

                                    Dear Sir/madam,

                                    My complaint is against Voltas Service Request Number:[protected], which is still not resolved and today when I called Mr. Sunil Jadhav phone number [protected] and tried to inquired about my complaint he is not responding to my calls and not providing any solution.

                                    I have then tried reaching the person who installed the AC for the 1st time he picked my phone and demanded Rs.300/- as service charge than when I told him that I will not pay a single amount as it is his duty to install the AC properly and provide service for at least 6 months free of cost after than he has stopped responding to my calls the name of the person who installed is Mr. Mohin his phone number is [protected]. This person by the name Mr. Mohin who installed my AC charged total 28000/- for installation of 3 AC and that too it is not done properly. He is not at all experienced and only wants money.
                                    It’s a brand new AC and its compressor is not working properly. Request you to take strict action towards its replacement as its under warranty. Also request you to take action against your authorized dealer M/s Heera Refrigeration & air Co. ([protected]) who is not ready to entertain any complaints after the sale. This kind of after sale services are not acceptable from a reputed company like Voltas. Nor your dealer nor your authorized service center has taken any action and has been taking the matter very lightly. If the problem is not solved in next 2 days I will not be left with any other option but to approach the Consumer Court. Request you to take immediate action towards it.
