[Resolved] Voltas — ac 1.5 ton split | |||
I have purchased volta's 1.5 ton split ac on 27th april and it has been installed on 29th april. Next day after the installation the remote is not working. I. E only on /off button is working nothing else working. I have informed this problem to installation team. They told me that it hardly takes one week to replace without any inspection. So i lodged complaints online with cc. They gave me req no for my complaint and told me within 24 hrs problem will be solved. Technicians came and inspect the problem and told me that remote sensor is not working g properly. And suggest to inform the same to installation team. Now the ac installed person is saying that u need to give request no hen only i can process ur request. I don't know why initially tell this. Again he is saying that it take one weeks time. Its hot summer i n chennai. Bp aircon installed the ac for volta's company.in midnight our family is suffering lot. Even after paying 35000 rupees for ac we could not feel comfort. I suggest if it is not solved, people do not go for voltas bcos of poor service Was this information helpful? | |||
