[Resolved] Voltas — ac 1.0 ton | |||
I purchased a 1.0 ton split ac in 2016 for my house. I purchased it from great eastern electronics, kolkata showroom and the ac is registered under the name of goutam das. During installation the technician made mistakes and after few months i had to suffer for that. There was a gas leak and after paying them and calling them again and again, they didn't pay any heed to the issue and ignored the same. I'm unable to use the product after paying for the same. Do you think it's justified? After calling the technicians again few days back they answered that again i've to pay for the same. I'm really pissed off and writing this mail. I really don't want to take a bad step further and get it resolved as soon as possible. Should i expect this kind of service from voltas? My number is [protected]/[protected].
