Voltas — Ac is not repaired due to no compressor available from voktas from past 1 month

Ac was not working and complaint was made to voltas with Sr no - [protected],
Voltas team verified that Compressor needs to be replaced on[protected], still now no response, they are saying compressor is not available, pay 28000 and we will give you a new AC. My AC is under warrent and still the voktas is asking me to buy a new AC which is not acceptable as the availability of the compressor is the problem of Voltas.
My son was not able to sleep properly and eat due to this and it's giving me both menta and physical stress, I'm not able to work properly.
