Voltas 2024 Model 1 Ton 3 Star Window AC with WI-fi Connect - White 123 Vectra Platina(4011481)

I have purchased a window AC with WIFI facility on 10 may 2025 from Flipkart and installed by Voltas engineer on 20th may 2025.
After installation, i come to know that the AC i have received is not WIFI facility but i have paid for this facility. as per engineer this ac has no WIFI feature.
Please install or replace the AC with WIFI feature.

Faulty odu pcb to be replaced under warranty

I am writing to express my deep concern regarding an issue I have encountered with the servicing of my AC unit. During recent technician visits, it was identified that the ODU PCB is faulty and requires replacement. As per the warranty policy, the PCB is covered under a 5-year warranty.

However, I have been informed that a charge of Rs.8, 500 will be incurred for the replacement, which is unacceptable given the warranty terms...

I purchased voltas AC from amazon in Aug 2023 . Since then the AC gas was leaking and in one year warranty, the company service provider came multiple times and fixed multiple things. But this year season again I faced the same issue of gas leakage. I got it fixed from local technician but it costed me huge amount. The AC was faulty since purchase time and this service cost was unnecessary cost beared by me

    Dear Team.

    I would like to escalate the issue that we are not getting the resolution for my New purchase product .
    Details are mentioned below and enclosed the Noise issue Video as well as Invoice of purchase Product.

    Installation Req no : [protected] — Installation done on 26/02/2025. Have Paide charges Rs.1400 .+ Stand charges Rs.750.

    First Req for Noise 11/03/2025 : [protected] --- Just Clean the machine and informed us its new product you can continue running and noise will not come.

    Second Req for Noise 17/03/2025 : [protected]—-Technician came and checked the machine and informed us this is new product need to rouse the machine and automatically noise will be removed.

    Third Req For Noise 27/03/2025 : [protected]—-Technnicaian came and checked the machine and informed us your product is wrong need to change as in Voltas particular selected product having noise issue .

    Pl note that Ahmedabad - Maninagar pin code -380008. branch is not picking the call now and automatically req no is closing and we got the closing msg.

    Here Till dt we have not found the resolution and expecting solution .

    Hope it will be done ASAP.

      Ac is not repaired due to no compressor available from voktas from past 1 month

      Ac was not working and complaint was made to voltas with Sr no - [protected],
      Voltas team verified that Compressor needs to be replaced on[protected], still now no response, they are saying compressor is not available, pay 28000 and we will give you a new AC. My AC is under warrent and still the voktas is asking me to buy a new AC which is not acceptable as the availability of the compressor is the problem of Voltas.

      I am writing to file a complaint regarding the poor service I received from Voltas in relation to my AC SR : [protected]) service appointment in October 2024.

      On that occasion, I booked an AC service, but unfortunately, during the service, my AC was damaged. Following this, I was informed by the company that a part would be replaced. I have made several follow-ups, but despite my efforts, no one has responded or provided an update. Eventually, I was told that I would need to pay for the replacement part, to which I agreed.

      However, I have now been informed that production of the required part has been stopped, leaving me without any resolution to the issue. I am now left helpless and without any assistance.

      I kindly request to intervention and resolve this matter and ensure that I receive the necessary support and compensation.

      Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to a prompt resolution.

          Ordered Voltas dishwasher on October 1 via Amazon. Delivered on October 6. Installation notice came on October 18, and engineer Hemant (phone number [protected]) installed on Oct 19 and said a part was missing. He said he would return the following day after talking to his manager. On October 19, the ticket showed resolved. SR Number [protected]. In spite of multiple tries to follow up with Hemant, supervisor Mohammed phone number [protected], and Ashwaq phone number [protected] has not resulted in any further installation. Even though we were assured it would be addressed. For one month plus, dishwasher has been unusable. TERRIBLE SERVICE. We would request a full refund.

            We have purchased voltas split ac just 2 days back on 15 July 2024.

            First of all, the voltas dealer promised that installation will be done that day itself. But no one visited for installation even after complete day. After numerous calls, one technician was sent.

            Before purchase, we asked dealer that we need horizontal swing so does this model have that feature and dealer confirmed.

            Now, when we received AC, it does not have horizontal swing feature. When we asked the dealer, dealer told me to register complaint in voltas. We followed and registered complaint. Now, voltas service centre tells me to contact dealer and dealer tells me to contact voltas for this.

            And as a consumer we are not getting any solution with horizontal swing feature and feeling cheated with the company.

            Either we need a full refund and want to return the AC.
            Or we need the value of our hard-earned money spent on this.

              My name is Chander Prasad. I have been trying to reach you for the past 6 to 7 days regarding an issue with my AC. The compressor of my AC has broken down, and my family and I are facing significant discomfort due to this.

              Despite several calls, I have not received any confirmation from your service providers about when the compressor will be available and when the visit for repair will be scheduled. This delay has been causing us a lot of inconvenience, and I am unable to sleep at night due to the heat.

                Hi, i bought a voltas ac via offline shop and product got delivered on friday 21st june, and the installation was to be done on 22 nd june, while the technician came and checked the product, it was found that PCB is not working properly so we contacted the dealer and we were assured of the replace of the indoor unit, while after some time customer care contacted us and asked us to change the PCB only and continue with the same indoor unit as it is not possible to replace the whole indoor unit or else we have to wait for another 1 -2 months . Now this is the TRUST that TATA sells ?... AC didn't even start on the day of installation and when we asked for replacement we were denied, saying to change only the defective part . First of all, this type of incident creates fear in the customer's mind whether they have opted for a trustable brand or not . while coping up with that and consoling ourselves that this might happen with the electronics, we at least expected a reasonable support from TATA, that they will smoothly replace the indoor unit, but to the contrary they asked us to change the PCB only like i have called technician for repairing purpose . I am extremely dissatisfied with the experience, it is nothing less than experiencing a trauma

                  Greetings for the day.

                  I am writing regarding my dissatisfaction with the service Request ID: [protected] dated 30/05/2024. I am still facing issues with my Premium Voltas AC unit 1.5 ton, and it has now malfunctioned many times due to gas leakage, and is not cooling at all.

                  I would like to remind you that during the last service request, I was promised that if the machine had further problems, the company would replace the defective parts (compressor). As this has now occurred, I would like to request that the company upholds their promise and replaces the Defective parts as soon as possible. Almost 23 days passed but till date no resolution has been received from your end.

                  I am disappointed with the commitment level of your team. I have received so far. I sincerely hope that this time my issue will be resolved effectively and efficiently. I request you to take necessary actions and live up to your words.

                    My Voltas Vectra elite 1.5 ton AC, which I had purchased on 25 June 2023, is still in it's warranty period, and it's outdoor unit Printed Circuit Board, had burnt on 22 May 2023, which needs to be replaced. I had registered my issue to Voltas on the same day and the engineers came to check the issue the next day, i.e. on 23 May 2023 and they told has that Printed Circuit Board needs to be replaced. But after that no actions have been taken to resolve my problem, and now it has been a complete one month, and no progress.
                    Whenever I call them for enquiry, they just say that it will take 5 days, 3 days and so on but till date nothing has been done. I'm so troubled in this hot and humid weather so it's my request to Voltas to resolve my issue at the earliest and get my AC's Printed Circuit Board replaced as soon as possible.

                      I have complained several times about my AC not functioning(cooling) properly and from starting there is somewhat problem is there and even after several complaints no response from the company side . After calling several times the technician comes and go by giving false hopes and claiming and also changed the gas but the problem still exist and now even service technician is not attending any calls and by seeing and experiencing all these things I can purely say that Voltas service is worst and frustrating and kindly request all to buy only that products from the market which all have good after market services not which only false claims it.

                        AC cooling is less . Need to check the leakage of Gas.

                          Dear Voltas team,
                          I purchased 2 new Voltas 1.5 ton inverter AC units from G.K Electronics,
                          west Patel Nagar, New Delhi, one of them is not working properly, it was installed on 29th May and worked only for 3 days the issue is with its cooling. Since 1st of June, it's not been working and I have complained about the issue to your customer service but till now I get no response from your side nor any technician visit. I am getting an issue with your new product within a week this is not acceptable if this of service I'm getting from your side don't want your product kindly make a replacement or give my money back, the Product of yours as it is of no use for me like this. I hope you can review it and check it as soon as possible.
