Ac was not working and complaint was made to voltas with Sr no - [protected],
Voltas team verified that Compressor needs to be replaced on[protected], still now no response, they are saying compressor is not available, pay 28000 and we will give you a new AC. I bought One no. 1.4T Voltas split A/C through online Amazon in the month of May 2023 for my parents who are senior citizens. The A/C has failed within 2 weeks and after lodging the complaint till date the A/C has not been repaired. I logged a complaint on 12th Apr'23 regarding Voltas AC is not cooling properly. After multiple calls, . technician visited my home and filled gas without checking leakage.
