I am writing to file a complaint regarding the poor service I received from Voltas in relation to my AC SR : [protected]) service appointment in October 2024.
On that occasion, I booked an AC service, but unfortunately, during the service, my AC was damaged. Following this, I was informed by the company that a part would be replaced. I have made several follow-ups, but despite my efforts, no one has responded or provided an update. Eventually, I was told that I would need to pay for the replacement part, to which I agreed.
However, I have now been informed that production of the required part has been stopped, leaving me without any resolution to the issue. I am now left helpless and without any assistance.
I kindly request to intervention and resolve this matter and ensure that I receive the necessary support and compensation.
