We have purchased window ac 1.5 ton as on febuary 2015 but till now we have facing every day a new problem and we r trying to reach ur customer representatives, service centers and all service persons are saying that there is having noising and vibration problem in voltas windows ac they are help less regarding these problems kindly suggest now where i need to knock the door or shall we file case in consumer court and we will waiting for the response till two days more from now after that we will talk through consumer court Regards Yogita Ph no. My Window AC has noise problem. Every time I raised the service request, the engineer closed the request that the issue will be addressed soon, but the issue remains.
Now my warranty has expired. Now I need to pay for any new service request as they says.
I am really disappointed with the service.
