[Resolved] Voltas — Ac not cooling due to coil issue from 45 days

From 30 july my issue is been raised today is the 46th day still getting the same answer "part has been ordered but not yet delivered. From costumer services getting the same answer we have passed on your request to higher authority & you will get the call but never received any call. Synergy guy also don't know when i will receive my part. Area manager doesn't have a time to speak & solve this issue. Its look like that voltas had given me air conditioner as a charity.

I have all the recording of conversations.

So kindly refill n solve gas leakage today itself only.

I have bought voltas inverter a.c 1.5 ton.as well as i have another inverter.but a.c not working.i register complaint.service engineer came and checked.he tells that board not working..so it will take 8000 for replacement board.why its happen in 2 years.

like that another one a/c also problem..
