Voltas — AC not repaired despite complaint | |||
With complaint no [protected] on 10.0602015 I made a complaint to Voltas AC about lack of cooling and non function of auto cut in my AC. The person from Voltas turned up to my home on 12.06.2015 at around 5.30 pm but without properly attending all complaints he left my home . My AC is still running continuously without auto cut . Despite being informed that the AC is under guarantee, the visiting person started asking for money for filling up the gas. Was this information helpful? | |||
