[Resolved] Voltas — AC Not working after the free service and parts broken by the company person | |||
I had purchased an AC last year and on 23rd March i logged a request for a preventive maintenance ( request id [protected]). Technicians completed their job on the 26th. it has not been a week yet and the AC is not cooling again . moreover I logged a complaint for my AC part that was broken by the technician ( Id # [protected]) till date i have not heard from anyone on that . It is very stressful to buy a branded product and then bear the harassment by the organisation.
