[Resolved] Voltas — ac not working - indoor unit water leakage | |
This voltas ac, i bought on april 2017. Within 15 days the indoor unit started leaking and raised a compliant.4-5 technician visited and after 2 months i got another indoor unit replacement. That too started leaking with in 20 days. Again i raised a compliant with voltas. From then around 10 technicians visited around 15-20 times. They could not find the issue. October 2017 first week they came and took the inddor unit for analysis as there are some technicians coming from mumbai. Till not no update on that and i have initially asked them refund as this pains us a lot. Incident started april end 2017 - continuous till now. I need refund. Enough voltas.
