Voltas — AC not working-No response from service centre

I logged a complaint on 12th Apr'23 regarding Voltas AC is not cooling properly. After multiple calls, . technician visited my home and filled gas without checking leakage.

After a day, again I faced same issue. Instead of checking issue properly, service centre ( Jay Refigeration Centre, Bharuch) closed the complaint without my consent.

I dropped several mails/connected to voltas customer support but no help.
They have removed condenser from outdoor unit and it's been already a month since they are delaying.

As this AC is under warranty, seems service centre guys don't want to do it for free. Wants to file legal complaint for such type of product/service.

Very disappointed!!
