Dear Voltas Team,

Almost 29 days has passed and still I have been waiting for my air condition to be Cooling issue from Voltas service centre, the Many Dsc Delhi concerned person are extremely unresponsive and irresponsible towards my issue.In these 29 days I have called them numerous times and also send them back to back mails but all in vain. I have received dates after dates from them but no solution at all which is extremely frustrating. Below are the complete details:

    Greetings for the day.

    I am writing regarding my dissatisfaction with the service Request ID: [protected] dated :[protected]. I am still facing issues with my Premium Voltas AC unit 2.0 ton, and it has now malfunctioned many times due to gas leakage, and is not cooling at all.

    I would like to remind you that during the last service request, I was promised that if the machine had further problems, the company would replace the defective parts (Evaporator coil ) . As this has now occurred, I would like to request that the company upholds their promise and replaces the Defective parts as soon as possible. Almost 29 days passed but till date no resolution has been received from your end.

    I am disappointed with the commitment level of your team. I have received so far. I sincerely hope that this time my issue will be resolved effectively and efficiently. I request you to take necessary actions and live up to your words.

      HI Team,

      22Mar2023 I have raised an AC service request and against that request a respective engineer from VOLTAS came and examined the AC on 26Mar2023 and stated that there is internal leakage in the AC which needs to be replaced.

      He said that he will file the complaint and raise a request for a new component.

      But till now I didn't get any response from the VOLTAS engineer or from the VOLTAS team.

      I have followed many times with engineers as well as with customer care executives and everytime am getting the same response from their end stating product yet to arrive.

      I have waited almost two month and I don't know how long guys are going to take this request.

      Even I mailed them that am going to consumer court to file this case but still they didnt care about this issue.

        Mein abhi last month 16 /4/23 ko voltas mein complaint register Kari thhi for not cooling jiska SR No [protected] hai, After complaint 20 days ke baad to repair karke gaye aur yeh 15 days bhi sahi se nahi chala.I m facing same issue of not cooling today.I m reopen complaint today and request to voltas plz repair properly.

          Dear All,

          I would like to lodge a complaint regarding the poor product/service quality of Voltas AC R 32 Inverter Technology.

          I am writing this with extreme displeasure of your after sale services. I have bought this AC in 2019 and had regular services. On 13th April, 2023 has started facing the cooling issue have lodged the complaint on 14th April, 2023 to customer care, however they didn't picked the call, receive the WhatsApp link have lodged the complaint there, still didn't got any response. Then after 2 days even ask my friend to lodge a complaint on my behalf but again got the same thing.

          By 24 April, 2023 finally they picked the call, one engineer named Mr.Rahul got appointed, they came at my place to check AC, he said "there is a oil spilage issue, we have to take the AC to the service centre." then we agreed to it. Next day, a e-rickshaw person named Mohit came to pick up the AC from our place. I asked, where is engineer, he answered, I'm the one and I'm liable to take this AC with me. Then, I agreed to him, have given the permission. Afterwards, he goes to the terrace and unplugged the outdoor, then came to the room to unplug indoor, however he didn't had knowledge of anything when he was looking for flair, instead of flair he started breaking the underground pipe I have immediately stopped him but he was continuously saying, "SIR MAIN KAR DUNGA MUJHE BAS DEEWAR TODHNE DO*, I also asked him to call your engineer, he denied. Then, I placed a call to Mr. Rahul, he came, then at the time o[censored]nplugging the indoor he said it's male and female plug got crooked. Then, I ask who will be responsible for this, he immediately loaded the AC and to e-rickshaw and took it to the service centre.

          After 1 week, I again called them, they said, "it's almost ready we are dispatching it". However, after 2 days I received the unit but in more damaged way as it was found dented, scratched and had paint patches on allover AC's body which are not removing after washing also, etc. then also I didn't said anything as I got so disappointed from so long, but I was happy that finally I got my AC back. However that was not the end to it. At the time of installation of the AC on 6th May, 2023, 2 engineers came to my place to install AC at 1:30 p.m., then at 7:00 p.m. I asked, how much more time will you take to install this AC, they answered, "don't know". Both engineers behaviour was highly unprofessional and really bad and rude behaviour. After that, I called to DEVEX SOLUTION there I had a word to Mr.Aditya he was also way to rude and highly unprofessional. Then, I had a word to Mr.Uttam who is a owner DEVEX SOLUTION he himself was highly unprofessional and rude and used the slang language, he said, "TUM SAR PAR KHADE RAHOGE TO LADKE KAISE KAAM KARENGE", However, I still treated the engineers very nicely as I also offer them cold drinks, snacks, tea, etc. This is my hospitality. After that Mr.Rahul also came, but still didn't get the solution, then they left.

          After that I had a word with Mr.Prashant, who works in customer service and lodges complaints in DEVEX SOLUTION, he informed that a engineer is coming from Lucknow's Voltas Company in 2 days. Then I requested them to solve my problem at the earliest as I have already took 2-3 days off from my work as it is not possible for me also. And you people are wasting my time & money. They agreed to it. Then, on 08 May, 2023, 1 engineer named Mr.Ambuj came that to at 05:00 pm, he fixed the cooling problem till 08:00 pm, however after he left within 20 mins room again becomes like a boiler. Then, again I called Mr.Prashant (DEVEX SOLUTION) he said, "AB MAE KYA KARU SIR" I mean you are serious, what kind of behaviour is this, why are you seling the product when you can't provide services to your customer. Seriously so disappointed, buying this AC at the first place was a biggest mistake ever!!

          Then, I called to Mr.Ambuj, he said will come in the morning to check. I informed him it's showing some error as PS04. Then, next morning, he came and opened the OUTDOOR, he said, "PURA OIL OUTDOOR MAE BHRA HUA HAI, COMPRESSOR MAE JANG LAGA HUA HAI, LEATHER BELT COMPRESSOR SE CHIPKA HUA H". then he also said, "COMPRESSOR TOH KBHI BHI BLAST HO SAKTA THA".

          Then, he called to Mr.Prashant and strictly told him to solve our problem otherwise he will pass the complaint to Mr.Pradeep ji. After that Mr. Prashant called and said, "I have booked the compressor will get it in 4-5 days." Then, I asked, when you took the AC for a week, then why didn't you solved the problem at that time, then he didn't respond and cut the call by saying "AAWAZ NAHI ARHI".

          Due to all this have face a lot of mental stress. Have to sacrifice my work, time and money. This type of mental harassment is not tolerable. When you people can not provide service it's better do not sell the product. Worst Service Ever. Highly Disappointed!!

          Kindly do solve my problem with immediate effect as it's been almost a month since I'm facing this harrasment.

            I purchased a Voltas 1.5 Ton 3-star split AC on April 22, 2023. It was installed on April 23 and the AC stopped working from that day itself. After raising a complaint - SR [protected], the technicians from Sri Raja Rajeswari Air Conditioners (Kukatpally, Hyderabad) visited on April 30 (after a full week) and none of them had any knowledge as to why the AC was not working. After 8 technicians visited, they said there is gas leakage in the indoor unit and dismantled the unit, left it on the floor. The outdoor unit is on the window slab. After that I followed with customer care multiple times, they gave the phone numbers of Area Service Manager and other executives in Hyderabad, and asked me to follow-up with them. The work they should be doing, they outsourced it to me. I called these ASM and other executives multiple times, and none of them respond to phone calls, WA messages.

            Please either replace this non-functioning/defective AC at the earliest or give me a complete refund so that I can purchase an AC from another company.

              I purchase a air conditioner Date- 17/5/23, Not working after install company hope they don't understand any problem, they say to change pcb
              I don't Change pcb because, I have not used the item.

                Escalation on Providing a bad AC service

                Not sure if this complaint will reach out to the Senior director or not. But this is to inform you that voltas customer service center is providing a worst service. Its been a 40+ days team haven’t fixed the issues yet. Sandesh from Mangolpuri bransh Phase 1 is not giving appropriate answers to the customer and his way to tackling the issues is worst ever. I would urge the Viltas CEO to hire skill full people instead...

                I am helpless to resolve this issue. No one is responding to my complaint. Try to call call center, Himanshu [Team leader, Voltas], Voltas center Noida Mr. Vishal [Team leader, Voltas], but no one's is picking up the call or nor responding to my complaint.
                I think I have made big mistake by purchasing Voltas AC with extended warranty.

                    AC not working-No response from service centre

                    I logged a complaint on 12th Apr'23 regarding Voltas AC is not cooling properly. After multiple calls, . technician visited my home and filled gas without checking leakage.

                    After a day, again I faced same issue. Instead of checking issue properly, service centre ( Jay Refigeration Centre, Bharuch) closed the complaint without my consent.

                    I bought inverter split ac 1.5 ton on 1 march 2020 from Shiv electronics, Kirari Chowk. On 20 April 2023, a complaint was lodged for the problem of not cooling. Voltas tecnician aakash came on 27th April. After checking he told that all the parts including PCB are correct. R 32 has filling. He took a visit charge of Rs.590. After that, despite complaining several times, the tecnician talks on the phone itself and cancels the service request saying that the customer is not telling the OTP. I am very much worried. His behavior is very doubt full.

                      I, Priyanka Roy bought a voltas split AC (183V Vectra Prism 1.5 Ton 3 star) on 21st April, 2023 from Khosla Electronics, Axis Mall, Kolkata. The same while being installed on 3rd May, 2023 was found to have a manufacturing defect and not properly working as indicated by the voltas represntative hence a servicing was requested. Today, dated 4th May, 2023 the service representative came by to diagnose the issue and found a broken part in the AC. I have asked them to replace the AC but as per them it is not subjected to replacement. Why should I consider repair on a brand new product? I need this to be replaced at soonest.

                        We had placed and order for two machines for cassette ac and in which one which received was used one. The payment was done fully and we did not expect this kind of service from a brand like you. The issue was resolved by replacing with alternate machine.

                        Now we have lost the trust with the Voltas. Looks like this was intentionally done.

                          I bought a split inverter AC R32 of your company on 17th of May 2022. Recently I got it serviced and it was found that the air conditioner was not cooling properly. Another technician visited us after that and he repaired it but it was not working still.
                          I made complaint about the same but the service has been postponing the service for the last week. They just sent a technician and he told me that the machine will be taken to the service center for repair.
                          He then told me that I will have to bear the cost of transportation of the same.

                          My query is that since it is still under the warranty period it must be the onus of the company to bear the cost of whatever it takes to repair the machine including transportation.

                          As it would be the responsibility of the company to repair it, be it where it is or it is to be carried someplace else, then why am I being the customer is required to pay for the transportation of the same.

                          Further, the ac was picked up from home on 27th of April 2023 on Thursday for which I paid Rs. 150/-
                          Today i.e. on the second day of May, 2023(after 5 days my ac was delivered to me but no technician was sent to install the same and it has been left lying on the floor of my house by the person who delivered it.
                          This has been an ordeal for me as a customer and has been very unprofessional on the side of Voltas.

                            I purchased a new Voltas Split AC which stopped working in 2 week's of time.
                            I raised a complaint on 27-April (Req # [protected]), the technician visited on 29-April and informed that the board needs to replaced. I am in continuous touch with Voltas Customer care team as well as service team but not receiving any update on when the board will get received and when the AC will be repaired. Every time I call, the only response I get is Part is pending and none of the representatives are able to answer properly nor provide a commit date for the repair. Further they are just hanging up calls without forwarding to next escalation levels. Sometimes i stayed for more than 5 mins in the call spending my balance but the calls were not connected.

                            I am deeply regretting my decision for buying a Voltas AC, a new one having board problems in 2 week's of purchase shows the poor quality levels of Voltas manufacturing. Further the service team and Customer care team is not assisting properly. We are struggling now just having a new AC installed which is not working and not even knowing when at least it will be repaired.

                            I kindly request someone from Voltas who can assist me in this regard. I need the AC replaced or return my money back so I can buy a good brand AC.

                              Dear Team,
                              I have purchased a Voltas 5-star window AC from Voltas authorized dealer on 24th April 2023 . Product information - Voltas Vertis Elite A "4011478A23AC12776".
                              But after installation by Voltas technician, we observed the noise in AC. at the same time we informed to Voltas technician but he told us that he can only install AC not to solve the noise issue, for noise issue, we need to raise a fresh request again... I was totally surprised by that remark and Voltas support.

                              Finally, I have to raise the new request "[protected]" and the new Voltas technician informed, that it is Voltas's defective product, fan motor needs to be replaced and there is no time-bound confirmation to solve this issue may take six months time... again big surprised!!

                              I request you to kindly provide the inline information.
                              1) Is the Voltas company have the quality check criteria and are they following the final quality check?
                              2) Who will be liable for this faulty product, to pay the loss?

                              How many time do Voltas need to solve this AC noise issue or replace this AC?

                              This is a scam which Voltas is doing with their dealers, selling refabricated AC at new AC cost, No customer case support just passing the time, more than 1 month gone and still i unable to use AC
