[Resolved] Voltas — ac service unsatisfied | |||
On march 28th i have reinstall my ac from cuddalore to nagercoil. The installation was held and there was a gas leakage problem which i have giving complaint from may the customer care giving correct notification and the service company giving wrong details and they are not coming to take the service The gas leakage warranty is 3 months given by customer care and they are saying no need to pay the amount for the gas, but company saying you have to pay the amount and warranty is only for 1 month, if you pay means only they will come and take the service Very very bad service from the company Kindly take action to the company & management for there bad service.
