[Resolved] Voltas — AC swing not working and not closing properly

I had purchased 123lya voltas ac 5 days before in which swing is not working properly.
I had purchased it from satya, madipakkam branch.
I don know how come a brand new ac causing these issues.
And the outdoor unit also sounds big than usual.
I wanted to check whether it is a damage piece.
Worst customer handling from the person who came to install
They dint even answer properly since i had free installation coupon

I have purchase a split AC of Voltas Co. from Electronic Bazar Lucknow- 226010 on 4th June, 2017. But till date no any installation technician come to my House at Flat No. 204 K Block, Green wood Apartment, Gomatinagar Extension Near CMS School. Please resolve the matter immediately.

Wow! What great products does voltas roll out in the market. Bought brand new voltas window Ac(183DZA) on[protected], got it installed on[protected] and the swing isn't working I.e. neither the horizontal swing nor the vertical. I mean seriously Voltas? Is this the level of quality check company performs before sending the product to the dealers. Highly disappointed! A big no no to Voltas products. Complaint no. [protected].
