Dear sir/madam,

I purchased a voltas split 1.5 ton air conditioner in april, 2016. My registered no. Is [protected] (Previous registered no. Was [protected]) and owners name is anjali srivastava. My ac was working fine untill i got it serviced by company technician on 26th march'17. After few days when i swiched on the ac it was not cooling and displayed e2 error. I registered a complain. Company's technician visited and replaced sensor and charged rs
300 + rs. 400 (Visiting charge). Issue was not resolved and technician again after few days replaced the sensor. Since then, i am facing cooling problems as my ac is not able to maintain a proper temperature and i have been facing these issues since almost 2 months now. Technician is unable to sought out my issue and asks to fill some more gas and then check for more cooling which will cost me another rs. 1500. I requested voltas customer care to send another senior technician, so that he can solve my issue but every time they send the technician.

What is the need of buying a brand new ac from a company like voltas when we have to face so many issues and pay so much of amount just because my service warranty expired few days before i noticed this problem which arised only after free servicing was done.

This is a humble and final request to voltas company for resoving my issue without charging any further fee or else i will move forward to consumer forum and will also give bad reviews on every possible platform including social media.

    Dear sir/mem

    I have been filed repairment complaints 20 days ago. But my ac is not work and assembled till now. The person from your service centre firozabad-283203 have not giving satisfied answer and response. Their behaviour is very unprofessional and unethical. They send different person on daily basis but nothing give service. Sometime they take indoor and sometime outdoor and charges transporting exp excessively. We have not facing air of your ac for not been a single 1 second in temperature of 47'c. Your person in charge tell us - "sir kal ho jayega pakka, sir ye service man nai, sir abhi ye parts nai aaya, sir aaj tuesday, sir aaj ye wala aadmi nai gai." are you making fool o[censored]s. Total unsatisfied. Temperatures is 47 here. I[censored] can't solve it i ll file consumer court for making fraud. I will never refer your company for buying ac. Complaint is registered in the name of priyanka, 328 arya nagar, jaleswar road, firozabad -283204 uttar pradesh

      AC swing not working and not closing properly

      I had purchased 123lya voltas ac 5 days before in which swing is not working properly.
      I had purchased it from satya, madipakkam branch.
      I don know how come a brand new ac causing these issues.
      And the outdoor unit also sounds big than usual.
      I wanted to check whether it is a damage piece.
      Worst customer handling from the person who came to install
      They dint even answer properly since i had free installation...

      I have bought voltas air cooler (60l-ve-d60mh) at bajaj electronics, chaitanyapuri, hyderabad on 20-may 2017 (Bill no. 1208/17/9-5310).

      I have used the cooler on a daily basis since then and it was working fine.
      However, 10 days ago, it suddenly stopped working. We called the customer care and within 3 working days, we got the voltas service person visit our home and said that the motor has to be replaced. He said that he will bring the new motor in 4 days' time.
      It has been more than a week now but there is no response from the voltas customer care, nor from the service person.
      We have made numerous calls to the voltas customer care but the response that we receive is very poor.

      I appeal to the concerned officers to take immediate action on this and get the problem fixed immediately, else people like me will lose trust on indian made goods.

      Voltas — Voltas air cooler wheels damaged

      Bought air cooler 2 months back. Now the wheels are damaged and cooler is imbalanced. Raised a complain a week ago but still so solution. Voltas service is pathetic.

        I have requested for split ac installation on 09.06.2017 at my home, which was not attended by the officials of voltas and request has been closed without attending the request. I have received a message on my mobile no that request no [protected] is resolved. It's very bad service by big name voltas. Inver expect this type of service from voltas. It is not the first time, as it is third chance that's why i am bound to complaint about this. Kindly look in to the matter.

        I have been trying Voltas customer care since last 4 days...all are saying our technicians will reach you by evening and no one is coming...coz it's a free servicing...de won't be getting money from it...so pathetic service... I will never recommend anyone to buy Voltas AC...lot of technical problems and no support from customer service

        I requested the voltas service center for replacement of ac's outlet pipe cover. They informed me about the cost that will incur BUT NEVER SHOWED UP FOR THE SERVICE! On inquiring for the second time the receptionist inquired back like "o you have asked for a service." People here are reluctant to provide after sales service

          My ac has stopped working, complaint submitted in june5, 2027 on voltas customer service number. Complaint number: [protected]. Even after repeated follow up also there is no response. Every time it is told that the service technician will arrruve in 24 hours, however he never turn up. The dealer in kota mr ashish jain is also not supporting. The ac was bought in april 2017 from him.

            I have purchased the voltas AC and the compressor is still under warranty.
            Recently there was an issue with the AC and the service executive (who was ill mannered) came to my place to check the AC, he did not get the condenser to test it and blamed voltas that he did not get the exact details, he came again after 2 days and tested and confirmed that compressor has the issue and has to be replaced.
            From the next day neither customer care nor the executive seem to care our calls
            We have been calling them since 20 days and they respond that it lll be done Tommorow and no one came to our place for 20 days for transporting the AC and replacing
            EITHER THE VOLTAS IS FKING ABOUT WARRANTY OR IT IS NOT REALLY INTERESTED IN REPLACING THE COMPRESSOR
            I DONT REALLY INDERSTAND WHAT PROFIT IS A BIG COMPANY LIKE VOLTAS GETS BY NOT REPLACING THE AC

            Don't ever buy any product of Voltas...these guys are worst in terms of everything.

            I will be speading this information to all Social Media so that customers who are intending to buy a Voltas AC will change their mind..
            I do not want any Indian citizen to suffer with bolted products, please think twice before buying voltas .
            You would be unlucky like me if the product fAils, voltas doesn't care for you if there is a big problem and big replacement like compressor .

              I'v made a complaint by calling to the Voltas Customer Care about the breakdown of my AC which I bought 3 years ago. The problem is the compressor won't start and therefore no cooling. The compliant was made on May 22 and since then I made at least 70 calls. The compressor is under 5-year warranty.

              My service (request) no is [protected] and [protected]

              The Customer Care guys simply gave the contact number of area service number in Hyderabad. Everyone in Voltas has the same answer "our technical will be attending your problem within 24 hours or by evening...blah...blah"

              Their tomorrow never comes. From past 3 weeks, they are giving all types of reasons. Till date no one has attended the problem. Moreover, they closed the request no without resolving the problem and opened a new one...all without my notice.

              Don't ever buy any product of Voltas...these guys are worst in terms of everything.

              I will be speading this information to all Social Media so that customers who are intending to buy a Voltas AC will change their mind..

                Hi,

                This is regarding voltas window ac duplication/parts exchanged at the time of delivery. I have purchased the voltas window ac from amrit electronics, 321/15, jacombpura road, gurgaon, haryana 122001 on sunday, 4 june'17 and selected voltas ac model 4011208/2017 from his showroom display. When the product delivered to home and engineer visited for installation, the ac model was not found the same we choose and also sent the exchanged front panel of some of his old displayed ac at showroom. Luckily i clicked one picture at showroom only to get the make and model details handy and found same piece of front panel that was sent to me with different machine and back panel. When i visited the showroom to get register my complaint and to get replacement, they told us that this is not our fault and this is from voltas only. So i wanted to raise one complaint against shopkeeper/voltas regarding this duplication and need explanation how could this possible that such a big company like voltas has made the wrong parts and selling in the market without doing prior quality checks before launching.

                Don’t you think they are making good use of voltas to hide their mistakes? I had very bad experience against voltas now through this incident. I will much appreciate if you will dig into this matter and get some solutions.

                Although they have accepted their fault and replaced it with new ac but for that i spent my quality 3 hours to get this done, i took half day for this replacement from my workplace.

                  I have purchased a air condition.
                  Its been nearly 6 months and the ac is not working properly.
                  It has a problems like big sound, fan speed fluctuations, some times no cooling. Etc.
                  I have complained voltas several times but there is no response.
                  The technician comes and just cleans the ac and says every thing is fine.
                  If i show him the problem he sayd ac is like this only i will have sound and thatd normal.
                  These people don't do there work properly and the company also dies not call back for the review given.

                    I purchased a voltas window ac from amazon. Voltas technician visited my place and asked for 3000 bucks for installation. When i say installation, ofcourse it includes cutting the grill of the window and installing it.

                    But 3000!!!... Do i look like an #, that whatever he will ask i will pay him!!

                    Later i contacted voltas customer care. They told me, for extra works, like cutting the grill or breaking the wall, they will charge the usual 500 charge plus 200-300 bucks more for cutting the grill or something. I have that call as recorded as well. Also they promised, that next day a senior executive will give me a call back, and also a senior technician will visit at my place.

                    No call from senior executive. No technician visit. I called to the customer care again, and again, and again. 15 times i called. Every single time, senior executive is not available. For what are these senior executives are being paid off, if they are never available...!!!

                    Then, the stupid customer service representative said, his senior is saying whatever the technician is asking for that is correct... Wow! He was not available till a minute back, and now also he can't take the call, but he is so prompt is his response, through his junior.!!!

                    I have never even seen such a poor and pathetic customer service. Disgustingly disappointing...!...

                    Voltas should know that there is a body called india's consumer forum. I am being forced to put this complain to the consumer forum as none of the voltas executive has any solution from their end. Voltas should know that there is a standardization of every charges. Either the charge of breaking the wall, or cutting the grill,.. It should have a per square feet basis. The technicians can't charge anything abnormally!...

                      A very foul smell is coming out of my voltas ac. It has now been a week since i first placed a complain to my dealer (Amar traders dharampur bazar, pariala) and no action has been taken till now to resolve the problem. Moreover what they told me in return was that i should not have bought the ac of voltas company as it has a very poor customer service. Kindly help me and plz call me as soon as possible.                           Dear voltas,
                          I had purchased the above product through local seller, on 30 april 2017. Since then it had issues twice. And had said it is my mistake to have chosen this product. It is very unfortunate that you have delivered me a faulty piece. There was a gas leakage twice. Breakdown of this product in less than a month is too much and too expensive and had taken away my happiness and thrill of ac in summer. Please take away this item and refund my amount. Iam hereby attaching the complaints given to voltas customer care for your reference.

                                Please be informed that your technician visited my place today to check the water leakage problem of my ac but i am very disappointed to say that my ac is leaking more water now.
                                The problem has become more critical now and i would request you to escalate this issue further as its getting very inconvenient to keep the ac on.

                                This is really very disappointing that no one is taking this complaint seriously.
                                Its been more than 10 days now and i have to make calls and write so many mails but the issue is getting worst day by day.
                                Yesterday the technician who cam from voltas damaged my ac completely. My ac is now leaking continuous water which is damaging my room and walls also at the same time ac is making a very annoying noise which i think can impact the indoor unit.

                                Kindly take urgent action to get this issue escalated to the higher management and help to fix the same.

                                  A round of applause from me and my family for the services delivered by you. Literally we are delighted for the product that we have purchased from you, can't believe that you make the things happen in such professional manner.

                                  I am really thankful to all of your service agents, service managers and technicians attended my call, who took so much of efforts to reach me and do nothing at all and miscommunicate to their bosses that I am not allowing them to look into the product and solve the concern were raise by me.

                                  Below is the list of people I want to thank all of them for being a part of excellent customer services .

                                  From Customer Care Executives:-
                                  Jaspreeth (Female)-
                                  Krishna(Sr Executive Supervisor(said by himself)- First put me on hold for 15 mins and then released my call after 30 mins of conversation.
                                  Rishabh(Male) -Released my call after 10 mins on hold.
                                  Anita(Female)- Released my call.
                                  Vinay (Sr Executive Supervisor(said by himself)-Released my call after 7 mins on hold.

                                  From Service Heads:-

                                  Siddharth Matam- Most irresponsible service head I have ever seen... I got response from him that he will be calling me back in 10 mins on 30th May 04:16pm- Yet I am waiting for his 10 mins to be completed.Took a leave on Tuesday 30th may(so that my concern is resolved)insipte of having heavy schedule at office- but no once turned on that day to help the customer
                                  K Chandra Shekar(Regional Head for services):-Got his contact no. and tried to reach him for hundreds of times-He never cares for anything. Don't know how to react on this. Managers are made to serve the customer concerns but here it is a different case. There's no phrase to describe for this kind of customer service .
                                  Raju(Services Head):- Can't handle the customer complaints and irresponsible manager too. Least bothered about the customer once product is sold.
                                  Devender Kumar(Service Head for voltas in Hyderabad):- Well well well... Last but not least the one big player behind all this for non serving the customer complaints -irrespective of calling many times-never tried to even once call at least for once either got a call back . We tried to call him since 27th May-2017- but who cares product is sold our job is done let the purchaser suffer on his own for hard earned money.
                                  Finally got fed-up with all kind of follow ups through call and in old fashion I went to Bajaj Electronics for serving my complaint. Here again I got with speak to service managers of voltas (Siddharth Matam).

                                  There were number of complaints raised:-

                                  Technicians came and went of, once they have broken the locks of honeycomb.
                                  There are damages inside the cooler. (Water flown tubes)
                                  Pump won't work.
                                  Sensors are of no use-irrespective of tank being fully loaded with water, it keeps on alarming.
                                  Water is not flown on all the three sides of cooler so that cooling is a concern-This was first of all question raised?
                                  There is lot of miscommunication between customer care services and the service agents. Which is blunder in services

                                  The cooler was purchased in the month of Mar-17. Started using since April-17, got the issues since mid of April-17 and tried to reach ever corner but got no help-This is the way customer is treated. I accept that technicians visited to cure the concerns but those all are in vain, when customer is not satisfied. Devender (Service Head)- Spoke to him on 3rd June-17 5.40 pm.I have asked him for a replacement because of many troubles and product issues, he's not at all OK with that. As he was having lunch at that time-promised me that he'll be calling me back and resolve the issue- Yet I am waiting for call back.

                                  I just got irritated and fed-up with all these sort of complaints. Will never ever try to call back. It's been a suffering for a customer and customer is at loss because of all these kinda of services.Have many things to say but got irritated of writing too. Will never recommend any one to own a VOLTAS Product. Pathetic people and services. Thumbs Up!!!

                                    I brought voltage air cooler 15 days back voltas ve d60m desert air cooler 60 liters capacity, on of sudden it is stoped working. Keep on calling to cust care number they said they wil resolve my issue, but they dont resoved my issue till now, they are simply seatting in customer care and take salarys, not fallowing up to resolve my issue, it is worest experience from voltage, if you dont resolve my issue, i am going to consumer court to file a case againt voltage. And had said it is my mistake to have chosen this product. It is very unfortunate that you have delivered me a faulty piece.
