Please make sure that I bought 1 ton AC from you with 3 star rating to be installed...I have called dozens of times...please take care of your customers...kindly get my AC installed ...products we purchase are for use not as showpieces...let us use your products...kindly get it installed...we customers don't know how to install it...you have to take care of installation...it has been a week since I purchased this item...and I have been unable to use it...despite repeated calls to customer care...
