To Voltas Sub: Complaint Letter Dear Sir I have purchased a Voltas Split AC Model No. 185PX (1.5 tonnes) in April, 2014 from Jain Electronics, D-30, Shanti Path, Tilak Nagar, Jaipur (Phone no.[protected] The AC Unit purchased is not working properly from the date of purchase itself. When informed to the dealer he has asked me to directly contact the Company to get the problem solved. I have approached your authorised service centre and had spoken to Mr. Mukesh (Phone no.: [protected]); Latest Complaint No. -[protected] (20th May, 2014). Mr. Mukesh had informed over the phone that they will get the unit checked and then take necessary action. I Have tried reaching him 4-5 times in the month of April and May but he has stopped responding to my calls. It’s a brand new AC and its compressor is not working properly. Request you to take strict action towards its replacement as its under warranty. Also request you to take action against your authorised dealer M/s Jain Electronics who is not ready to entertain any complaints after the sale. He has been using abusive words whenever I try to tell him the problem. This kind of after sale services are not acceptable from a reputed company like Voltas. Nor your dealer nor your authorised service centre has taken any action and has been taking the matter very lightly. If the problem is not solved in next 2 days I will not be left with any other option but to approach the Consumer Court. Request you to take immediate action towards it. I purchased VOLTAS Split Air Conditioner of 1.5 ton model no 183VCZTT on May 21st 2020 From Sonovision dealer, Bhimavaram 24-1-5/c, j.p. road Beside Nataraj Theater, Andhra Pradesh. We haven't installed the AC yet. From 2days we contact Dealer not take Responsibility are contacting the AC technician, but he didnt come to install the AC. And i am trying to contact VOLTAS company service numbers but no one is answering my call. I need urgent installation of the Air Conditioner. it very disappointment So i request you to solve my problem as early as possible.

I purchased a window ac from Naveen electronic, Model town.This year it was not cooling properly and we registered a complaint on 10 August.Even after 7 days, still complaint is pending.Cooling coil has to be changed and service center is showing non availability nof the same.We paid extra and took five year of extended warranty at the time of purchase.

I have purchased a Voltas Water cooler 40/80 FS UP NCW R134a on 25th of January, 2022 from Allied Business Corporation VIII/236-B, kunnathukuzhy Mariathuruthu Kottayam, Kerala Pin- 686017 (Phone no : [protected], [protected]). The cooler Unit purchased is not working properly from the date of purchase itself that means when we installed in our school by voltas authorized service Partner (Techno Sales and Services, Prakkattu Buildings, West temple Road, Kottayam- 686001, Kerala PH:[protected],[protected], [protected]). The complaint is when it is installed in our school; we find the water leakage from one of the taps of the cooler. From the service center the workers come one by one and changing the tap and somebody is pasting the tap with silicone. But that is not at all stopping the water leakage. I don’t need this defective product because I bought the new and fresh product from Voltas. I am not a second owner of this product. So changing the tap or pasting with silicone is not the solution rather it should be replaced for the smooth functioning of our school. When I informed to the dealer he told me we will update soon. Now when I am calling he is not answering properly and not considering even my messages. Request you to take strict action towards its replacement as it is bought just before 15 days and we could not use it till now. Also request you to take action against your authorised dealer and authorized service center (Address given above) who are not ready to entertain any complaints after the sale. This kind of after sale services is not acceptable from a reputed company like Voltas. Nor your dealer nor your authorised service centre has taken any action and has been taking the matter very lightly.
The water cooler for our school is sponsored by the Rotary Club Kottayam East. So I need to satisfy them that I have bought a quality product. So I trust Voltas to solve the problem immediately.
If the problem is not solved in next 2 days I will not be left with any other option but to approach the Consumer Court. Request you to take immediate action towards it. I attach the the bill of the product and installation service report with this. Thank you.

Dear Sir I have purchased a Voltas Split AC Model No. 3S SAC 123V CZQ WHITE (1 tonnes) in Feb, 23, 2022 from VC Tambaram, Chandra Towers, 4, Rajaji Road West Tambaram Chennai-600045, Tamil Nadu (Phone no.[[protected]], GSTIN:33AAACV1186B1ZT The AC Unit purchased is not working properly and more noise has came from the date of purchase itself.

I was installed the AC on 26-Feb-2022, After installed my AC then turn on the switch then immediately we are getting more more noise was came, this noise front of AC person. But i was discussed with to AC installation person. He advise to use one or two days and let us know if anything else. Aftet that i said ok

After that i was used the AC, when i'm going to switch on the AC then immediately more more more noise was came.

1. Why more noise was came for that i was complaint to viveks storeroom, then viveks storeroom allocated to one AC persion, that person came and nothing to check he just switch on the AC and he advised to me this is normal noise only. After that, i said this is not for normal noise, it's was came more noise

2. After that, i was called to viveks storeroom again i was complaint to them and nothing to response
3. Again again i have try to called from viveks store room, But they are not responding to me.
4. And Finally i was went to vivek store room directly and i was meet at Tambaram Branch Manager and i shared my AC feedback to him. That manager advised to me i will take care.
5. After that and no one called me. I Have tried reaching him 5-6 times in the month of April and May but he has stopped responding to my calls, but he did not picked my call.
6. When switch on the AC then we are getting on more noise for that we didn't not able to sleep properly.
7. When i was purchased the AC more noise is came from the date of purchase itself.
8. Last one month i have followed daily wise to Branch Manager, but he didn't picked my call and not resolved my issues.

Request you to take strict action towards its replacement as its under warranty to Viveks Branch Manager side. Also request you to take action against your authorised dealer Viveks-Branch Manager who is not ready to entertain any complaints after the sale.

He has been using abusive words whenever I try to tell him the problem. This kind of after sale services are not acceptable from a reputed company like Voltas. Nor your dealer nor your authorised service centre has taken any action and has been taking the matter very lightly. If the problem is not solved in next 2 days I will not be left with any other option but to approach the Consumer Court. Request you to take immediate action towards it.

Note: Request you to take immediate action branch manager job termination. Why becuase, he not responding to customer side
