[Resolved] Voltas — ac - warranty not properly booked by vendor or guided | |||
Purchased a Voltas AC 1.5 ton invertor on 5th march 2019 at Sri general Enterprises, puducherry. Provided Tax invoice with oral assurance for 5 year warranty for all complete AC including PCB main board. They told that warranty card will be submitted during installation o[censored]nit. But warranty card was not provided by service engineer. On frequent inquiry with vendor in person, they will send it to my email id. But so for it was not registered or properly guide me to get it, even after three months. Today they just send a email and for registration of product with voltas company. When I contact at customer care they told that I should get in touch with head office and provided [protected], but no one attended my call. When i checked with voltasac.com it shows it should be registered with in three days of purchase from date of invoice. Any product should be provided with warranty card along with invoice. But even after so many fallow up, it was not provided by voltas company or by vendor. Was this information helpful? | |||
