Voltas — action need to be taken against the carelessness of the work if engineer | |||
Dear sir, I am very sorry to say that i am very dissatisfied with the service provided by your engineer as he worked very carelessly and with least concern. I request you to take proper action against him. Actually I bought an AC (Voltas 2 star)in april 2014 from lucknow (Uttar peadesh, India) and got it installed there. But in the month of feb 2015 I got was transferred to azamgarh (uttar pradesh, india). So I got my ac uinsalled from lucknow during relocation.As i reached azamgarh I called to your customer care no. to get it reinstalled (request no. [protected]). Service care providers told that I will recieve a call form engineer and get my job done in 2 days. As usual I got the call from your engineer (in azamgarh, ph.no. [protected]). But after calling he did not came to me for next 4 to 5 days. In the meanwhile whenever i tried to make contact with him he always neglected my call. Getting annoyed again I called to your customer care no. and told all the problem. The person talking ensured me this time I will get my job done within 2 days (request no.[protected] ). But again he showed the same attitude, this time i went to his shop and requested him to get my job done. Anyhow the engineer came to install the AC, but that too after 4 days in the evening time. I was annoyed. After that my AC worked normally for 2 to 3 days but its coolling slowed down gradually. Initially i reported the problem to the same engineer (who had installed the AC) but again due to his neglection I decided to contact another person/engineer. Other engineer came (whome I came to know through my friends) and identified the problem, he resolved the problem and right now my AC is working well. When I had a talk with him I came to know that during installation of the AC (that was done by your engineer) the connections were loose due to which all the gas from the compressor leaked that affected the cooling. Also the work of installation was done very unsystematically and carelessly. Sir, during the whole incident I felt very annoyed and low due to the behaviour, attitude and response shown by your engineer. During the whole process I suffered a loss of Rs 3400 [Rs 1200 (claimed by your engineer as installation charge) + Rs 2200 (claimed by my engineer for filling up the gas in the compressor)] Sir, I request you to take necessary action in this regard.If possible kindly make arrangements to return my sum (atleast the gas charges)which i lost during the whole act of carelessness and negligence.
