Name - paras singhai address - paras vastralya sadar bazar gohad 477116 dist-bhind madya pradesh calling no — [protected], name of the company — voltas, name of the shop — manish sales, jayendraganj, laskar, gwalior — 474009, invoice no — ms/20-21/2126, amount — 39, 500/-, date of purchase — 15/06/2020, grievance details — as per the consumer, he purchased an air conditioner from the manish sales, on dated 15/06/2020 by paying the amount of rs.39, 500/-. The air conditioner stopped working after 2 hours of installation. He complained to the company in this regard, but the company did not provide the satisfactory resolution. Expected — he wants that the company should fix or replace the air conditioner as soon as possible.
