I have purchased new inverter ac amounting rs.36000 from friends electronics, shop no.23 main market nangal pincode 140124, distt. Ropar state punjab, inv ca cost rs.32500/_
Stand rs.500/- electric installation rs.1000/- ac installation rs.1000/- stabilizer rs.1600/- v guard

I have asked the shop keeper for it problems and the service contract number but he refused to giving no. Saying he will make complainthimself later on block my number.
You are requested to help me for replace this faulty voltas ac by brought the problem to higher authority of voltas ac company.

    The AC stopped working in May 2020 and the service technician said PCB cannot be repaired as the model has been discontinued. Company service center prompted me to exchange this and get new AC by paying Rs 26, 000. I have complained to regional manager and customer care multiple times but they have failed to respond. Warranty expired in May amid COVID-19 lockdown.

    I request the company to make the parts available or replace my AC free of cost as it is only 5 years old and the product being discontinued is not my fault.
    Either REPAIR my AC or REPLACE it.

      Dear Voltas
      I am really frustrated from your side, why you are not solving my problem. is this Free Ac from your side, for this i paid you Rs.29000. And i am daily facing it's Noise Problem and Cooling problem.
      this is 5th time Complaint against your Product but still No Solution from your side.
      Just you all are making me fool.
      Believe me if this is not solved by you, i will call Consumer complaint Support from Govt of India.
      All are making fool and they also burned my outer Part.

        I have purchased voltas split ac "voltas a. C 185v jzj" white 1.5 ton on 16 may 2020. Before purchase, i asked dealer that i need horizontal swing specifically so does this model have that feature? And dealer confirmed with yes on telephonic conversation.

        Now, when i received ac it does not have horizontal swing feature. When i asked to the dealer, dealer told me to register complain in voltas. I followed and registered complain and waited for few days, then technician visited and informed that this model never had and have horizontal swing feature.

        Now, voltas service centre tells me to contact dealer and dealer tells me to contact voltas for this.
        And as a consumer i am in between and not getting any solution with horizontal swing feature and feeling that i am cheated.
        Please help me.

          Our ac is not getting cooling. As its started fine and after 2-3 mints is automatically come under room temperature. The ac is under warranty, please align technician for servicing.

            I had registered a complaint of my air conditioner in mid of may they had provide me the service request number which has mention above. After that a technican came and told me that for repair the ac need some parts i was agree with him and agree to pay for parts then he told me that he will place the request for parts, parts will come in 7 to 8 days then he will start the air conditioner. After this he had charged me 400 rs. As visiting charge i had paid. After a long waiting period i didnt get any update from voltas then i again filed complaint in voltas they provide again request no that is [protected]. Now again a technician came and told me again the same procrdure and charge me again 400 rs. And also told me that you have complaint before but visiting charge is must. I paid again then he told me that you a. C. Will be repair in 3 to 4 days but after a long waiting period no updated from voltas. I had many time called on that numbers which had provided by voltas in which those numbers are given below

            2. Swift aircare...[protected]
            3. Customer care...[protected]
            I had called many times on these numbers but nobody picked the phone.
            Kindly help me i had already paid 400+400 =800 service charge.

                    Hi,

                    I have purchased voltas air conditioner window - 1.5 tonne on 1st april 2019. My ac developed a fault and i have registered a complaint. After registering a complaint i received an email generated that says my product is out of warranty. I have applied for extended warranty at time of purchase. I called customer care and requested them around 20 times to provide me the reason why my product is showing as out of warranty.

                    I have availed extended warranty which makes my product eligible for 5 year warranty. Before the technician arrived at my home i called customer care to tell them that i am not going to pay. The customer care person told me to just show a message to the technician for a 5 year warranty and my work will be free of cost. Today a technician came and told me my product is out of warranty and took charges for it.

                    I need an urgent response to this matter as to why i am not given a five year warranty.

                        Respected sir/madam
                        With due respect i hereby state that i purchased an ac in the year 2016. This year in the month of march before lockdown i registered my complaint regarding the ac. My complaint was considered today dated 19.6.2020 in which the concerned person said that he ll be changing the compressor and ll fill the gas which ll be chargeable. First of all due to the lockdown period the customer must be provided extra 1 month as the complaint was considered very late. Moreover, the service should be free of cost. Next, the person who came to check the ac told us that he ll change the compressor free of cost to which we give the affirmation but on saying that we ll get the gas filled ourselves. He refused to change the compressor. According to me this is unethical. Kindly consider my complaint and provide me the best of your service which you promise to give while purchasing the thing of your company.

                          We need voltas urgent support required to check my recently installed window a/c which is not working properly. This is very disappointing me with such a good brand service as service request no - [protected] raised on dated 13-june-2020 but issue still purists. I have called several time to customer care and service managers but still not getting satisfactory time to resolve the issue.

                          This is worst service experience with such good brand and casual approach towards their customers.

                          Kindly take action against the service provider for their poor services.

                                I purchased a voltas inverter split ac during lockdown i. E may 7, 2020 through shree ram agency. They sold this ac by saying that voltas official would come for installation within 2 days. When i came back home with the acs, i called customer care and they were not available till lockdown is over. Again i had to followup with shree ram agency to get it installed and that too with additional charges.
                                Now exactly after a month, the newly installed ac is not working. I called customer service people and they said there is leakage of gas. And as this is being installed from third party, they will not entertain my request. And then i reached out to shree ram agency to get it checked. Now they sent the same person who installed and he is saying there is no issue from our end. Its been 6 days of follow up for this new ac and i think i am not getting warranty in this case. Please help me out to repair this machine. Just for reference the sr number is [protected].

                                  I am g sarjoo (Munna) from karaikudi sivagangai district tamilnadu. 8 month back i purchased voltas mini magic pure r water dispenser machine. (Dt:[protected] bill no 1725).in the voltas water dispenser machine no of time problem are coming one by one, before 8 in the machine 5 time repair, but your service is very very worst and your branch agency kumaran tv center sekkai road karaikud-630001 in the branch manager not responsible all the time.
                                  Company like voltas water dispenser machine is giving such damage product and worst service in karaikudi sivagangai district tamilnadu. Further i can not any service in the voltas water dispenser machine i will meet sure the company the consumer court.

                                  It just worked for 1 year. After just 4 days of warranty expiry there is a water leakage. Now I have to pay for service. Don’t buy Voltas products it’s life time is less.

                                      This is bring you to notice that i purchase the ac 1.5 ton (Voltas) on monday dated 08/jun/20 from poiner electronics roop nagar jammu. And i have log a complain on friday dated 12/jun/20.
                                      That my ac not given proper cooling.
                                      After that one of your enginer is coming and they told that you have slect fan on slow mode that is the problem ac is not cooling properly after that they selet fast mode and told me now it is ok.
                                      On night the problem is still same.
                                      Pls look in to this matter and do the needful.

                                        We Approached Innovation Shopping Mall (Authorized Dealers of Voltas in Bhimavaram to purchasing a Air condition. And he is given a quotation of Rs.35000/- and his promised discount of Rs.1000/-. apartfrom this istallation charges 1000, Stblizer 2000 and outdoor uint stand is 700 are extra.

                                        After two days i went to that showroom and taken the AC, and after installation of the same they are demanded of Rs.3500 as installation charges.

                                        And they created a lot preamble at my home and they used abusive language in front of my family members. And i reported same to showroom owner, and shockingly his given a replay that charges are like that only, and if you notable to play i take back the AC back.

                                        This was the TATA Authorized Dealer service to customers. this is worst experience in my life.

                                        I would like to take a action against him and required a apology from him along with refund amount which is collected from me.

                                        I posted a compliant on Jun 16th but till date there is no response from Voltas side, i really surprised with this type of response from biggest company in India. And i personally sent a mail to [protected]@voltas.com and [protected]@voltas.com, and here also didn't get any reply ...

                                        What can i understand with this type of service ..
                                        Please provide me a contact number of the same.
