[Resolved] Voltas — air conditioner breakdown | |||
Bought ac (Split type) in april 2018, but it stopped working since march this year, tried and approached the dealers, service centres etc. The error visible on screen was p4, after so many attempts, the service provider figured it out as "defect in motor". Since then they are issuing dates after dates to replace the same even after agreeing to pay the cost of expenses. Despite being a customer of such a leading cooling equipment brand, it is quite disappointing to experience such maintenance service. I understand the ongoing phase of lockdown, covid - 19 and pandemic but after waiting for this long, even i expect to utilise the asset during need of heat waves, humidity etc. I believe that we deserve better, responsible and more professional services from brand like yours. So, it's a humble request to you and the authority concerned to look into the same and not letting us to wait for the upcoming year to use the much needed voltas leading product.
