Voltas — Air conditioner defective pcb | |||
We have lodged complain with the company for breakdown of ac which is under warranty. Accordingly they have deputed. Accordingly they have deputed a service office, whose engineer came to attend and made a remark there is defect in pcb and has informed that it will be sent to voltas for repairs. They have taken on 11/04/2016 and we are following with them daily and everyday they say that it will be done tomorrow. Based on which we are waiting skipping the office. Till this time no proper response from the company or from the service provider, which is disturbing us a lot and we are to be in home leaving other work. We are mentally harrased and do not know hot to proceed further. Was this information helpful? | |||
