[Resolved] Voltas — air cooler 72e grand | |||
We have purchased the cooler on 7th april 2019. The water pump stopped taking water and we have registered the complaint on 10th april. The technician has not visited us since then. We have been repeatedly calling the customer care and the technician as well. The cooler has stopped working completely. We would like to get this cooler replaced at earliest. This behavior of customer care and technician is very irresponsible and could not be tolerated. They are not taking even the responsibility of calling back the customer and above that they say we will visit you by today evening. Please take the necessary actions at earliest.
