[Resolved] Voltas — Air cooler not repaired even after 15 days of registering complaint

I registered a compalaint for my air cooler on 14 may 17, mechanic visited my home on 16 and assesed pump is unserviceable. Since then i have tried to contact the regional manager but he his cutting his side saying pump has not been received by him. I am fed of giving repeated calls. Please do some needful to resolve my complaint
