Hi, this is soundar, I had purchased air cooler 2months back and last 19/6/18 cooler's pump has beeb not working, I complained customer care, they arranged the agency and they came and saw the cooler and told me pump is repair and they will replace within 3 days.today 6/7/18 there is no resopnse from their side often I have been calling them, they are not giving any response.what to do?pls mail me.[protected]@gmail.com. contact:[protected]
