[Resolved] Voltas — Air cooler water pump not working and | |||||
We have already filed for a complaint with the Volta's team on the 08/04/2017 with Request No: [protected]. But till today i.e 19/04/2017 no technician has turned up at our place. I called up the customer care team on 14/04/2017 who in turn told me that they have placed my request on priority and very soon the technician would be visiting my place, and they also gave me the Service Center number which is [protected]. I've been calling the service center team and they have been telling me that the technician would come to today, but no technician turns. This has been the same reaction whenever I call the service center. You're intervention would be highly appreciated.
