[Resolved] Voltas — amc documents | |
I've a voltas 185 zya 1.5tn window ac its warranty was expiring on 25/3/19. So when the engg. Mohd phn. [protected] came for the 2nd service of my window ac on 15/3/19 i paid him for amc of my voltas window ac to expand the warranty. Then he told me that amc documents he will delivere tomorrow on 16/3/19 but he didn't delivered the amc documents. And when i call him he said documents will be delivered within the few days or 7 days but it doesn't happened. Again when i called him then he used to making excuses but didn't send the documents and next time when i called him he gave a contact number of mr. Asruf, phn. [protected] and said he will send/ delivere the amc documents. When i call him he also told me that documents will be delivered within few days or 2 days but again the same thing happened documents not delivered. I am very disappointed with the work and misbehave of employees of voltas. So i only want my voltas window ac amc documents as soon as possible, or refund my full money which paid for it. At the time of working my A/C is a loudly voice. I give this complaint before 2 months. The technician come and varified the A/C. At that time he told that a bush is complaint outside part of the A/C and he told that the bush was changed very soon. But even today the complaint is not finished.
