I have amc for my ac at home. The amc was provided by voltas. I called up voltas customer care to book service as amc was provided voltas. It was a shocking experience. Customer care guy for rude and told me to contact on the number provided on invoice and disconnected the call without listening to me. This is pathetic service by tata group company. If voltas doesn’t want to take responsibility of amc, they should inform customers upfront. I have paid for 2 years amc. I think i took the wrong decision of going with amc. This is the worst service i have experienced.

Complaint marked as Resolved After calling customer care, I tried online service request which worked. However, talking to customer care was a bad experience.
