I have purchased voltas split ac from tatacliq with invoice no. A[protected]a011 and seriel no onreq[protected]. I got call from nitesh with mobile no [protected] for the ac installation. Nitesh has sent adil (Salman shaikh m: [protected]) through the some sub-broker mintu kuraishi (M: [protected]) for ac installation on april 2, 2019. Adil and his subordinate have not shown any voltas i-card.
Incident date: 03.04.2019
After this installation, we observe water leakage in the duct. We raised a request for it. Then, nitesh sent aftab (M:[protected]) to sort out water leakage issue. Aftab has corrected it but simultaneously he has also suggested that the 1st installation worker i. E adil has broken cover lid.
Incident date: 05.04.2019
Thus, we have again raised the request to change the cover lid. This time voltas has sent neeraj (M [protected]). Neeraj was not able to sort out the issue. Neeraj has also confirmed that adil and his sub-ordinate mintu are not voltas authorised installation partner.
Nitesh has also not provided any installation bill. We requested installation bill from adil. He suggested installation bill will be sent to mail id. But it never came. These thing has raised concern over the voltas authenticity, reliability.ac cover lid is still broken. Could voltas will take action against nitesh if he is sending unauthorised person for installation.
Is nitesh himself is voltas authorised representative else how my purchase details leak to him?
When will voltas change the ac cover and repair it.

Very bad experience after I purchase A Carrier inverter AC. First it was delivered by Great Eastern Trading Company after 6 day in gruelling heat of summer in Bengal and Installation taking a long span of 10 days more but not yet been done. The item is dumped in my room but of no use. I am calling Carrier service and Great Eastern Trading Company Chinsurah Khadina More but all give false promises or excuses... it have a bitter experience ... no idea what to do next and also suggest others not to go for Carrier as service not assured
