    I purchased volta’s window ac on 18.3.2018. On 3/04/2019 i asked for service of my ac thru volta’s the representative told me that my warranty free service is due then person from ganesh aircon on vasant kunj visited and charged rs 590 for servicing. Today i am getting message for warranty free service upto 17/4/2019. Thus i was charged wrongly by ganesh air con vadant kunj

      I am having a voltas window ac of 1.5 ton and its been 4 months only and its making a lot of noise. I have requested to send your technician from last 3 days. Your executive made me false promises to send them, daily they are promising me amd giving different date and time. What should i do now to make it repair?

        I have registered the installation of new split AC on 7th April the request no is [protected] but today also it is not installed. I communicated to local voltas customer care but no response even they don't receive the call also. I purchased this product because of Tata product but I didn't expected that the authorised customer care of Visakhapatnam Will behave like this. I have to think twice before purchasing any voltas products because of this disgusting service.

        I Banani Jatua, was purchase a voltas brand new 1.5 ton AC dt.28.02.19 and it installed on 09.03.19, after installation i am facing problem with the remote connectivity and unable to use the product. yesterday technician come and make hole on the front side but problem is not solved. It is very bad experience with voltas.pls replace new.[protected]

          I have bought a voltas Ac(1 ton 4 star 124V SZS FLORAL) from www.tatacliq.com on 29th march 2019. I am entitled to extended warranty as an offer mentioned on tatacliq website. i have sent an sms 'WTA' to [protected] as directed by tatacliq to register my product and avail warranty i am entitled. but I am unable to find a proper platform to talk to them as their website is not responding and customer care number ring busy all the time .

              Mr shahid. I have contact to technician & he told that i not able to do the job & contact to service center. Think that i have done the mistake to buy the voltas product. It is also seems that customer care desk open only for misguide & harassment to end user.
              Pl do not send any one to attend the complaint because that already done by some other vendor & inform to your good self that i am forwarding this case to consumer forum for next course of action.

                We bought an ac around 6 days back. The installation of the ac is not yet done. For your information we bought ac for the summer and not for monsoon. When we are calling the technician he is just saying i will in an hour since 4 days. Your customer service is very bad. If the installation of ac is not done in 24 hours we are going to return the ac.

First it was delivered by Great Eastern Trading Company after 6 day in gruelling heat of summer in Bengal and Installation taking a long span of 10 days more but not yet been done. The item is dumped in my room but of no use. I am calling Carrier service and Great Eastern Trading Company Chinsurah Khadina More but all give false promises or excuses... it have a bitter experience ... no idea what to do next and also suggest others not to go for Carrier as service not assured

                      Why do you make such a worst quality product?
                      I bought voltas window ac in 2017.in 2018 after completion of warranty period (Exactly one year) it had the gas leakage problem and one capister burned. I had to pay rs 3600 for repairing the ac in tata service center. Again in 2019 same problem started and i had to pay around rs 2800.
                      Can you guys explain is it your strategy to build such bad quality product and earn the money? Why do you make fool to customer?
                      Will you return my money which has been paid in ac repairing or are you able to return the ac?

                        I have amc for my ac at home. The amc was provided by voltas. I called up voltas customer care to book service as amc was provided voltas. It was a shocking experience. Customer care guy for rude and told me to contact on the number provided on invoice and disconnected the call without listening to me. This is pathetic service by tata group company. If voltas doesn’t want to take responsibility of amc, they should inform customers upfront. I have paid for 2 years amc. I think i took the wrong decision of going with amc. This is the worst service i have experienced.

                          Bought a new ac on 06/04/2019 evening 19.30 hrs from om sai traders sant nagar new delhi vide bill no gst/s/0033. The dealer delievered it & installed immediately after installation when the person started the ac it started making huge sound. The same was reported to dealer who says voltas is the worst ac you have taken it always makes sound on installation now as it is installed it will be looked after by voltas company not by me. Today people from voltas came who finally after checking says it cannot be repaired. Customer suffering nobody responding

                            Two days back i bought new window ac from voltas. And i also placed a request for a first time installation through voltas customer care, but it's been two days no one came. The customer care service is not at all responding and responsible. Instead i only get rescheduling msg. Pathetic customer service. Please improve your business ethics. I will not recommend anyone to buy voltas products.

                              I have schduled my appointment for free service of my ac on 4 april 2019 whose sr no. [protected] but today i got this msg
                              Dear customer your sr no [protected] proposed for cancellation, reason: customer reschedule. Call on [protected] to stop cancellation.

                              I have not reschedule my appointment then how they cancelled my appointmnt.
                              This is not done. Its totally unprofessional.

                              Very much dissapointed.
                              Kindly take action.

                                Voltas limited is least interested in installing ac
                                I purchased on 30th march 2019, still not installed,
                                I tried reaching call center number ([protected]) at least 25 times since 2nd april 2019 and the call was answered 5-6 and assured me that the vendor would connect with me.

                                The vendor never bothered to contact me, one day the call center executive shared me name of vendor and some landline number which revert connected further.

                                Then i traced his number number of vendor on just dial and contacted him, he promised to install the ac today. Me and my spouse has been connecting him since morning and he most of the times did not answer the calls and if answered has been giving fake commitments.

                                The same scenario is fall at my end also after getting delivered AC on dt-5th April 2019 till date not get installed.All time I am getting false commitment by customer care and by the appointed technician...Feeling helpless and fully disappointed.

                                    Hi,

                                    I have purchased voltas split ac from tatacliq with invoice no. A[protected]a011 and seriel no onreq[protected]. I got call from nitesh with mobile no [protected] for the ac installation. Nitesh has sent adil (Salman shaikh m: [protected]) through the some sub-broker mintu kuraishi (M: [protected]) for ac installation on april 2, 2019. Adil and his subordinate have not shown any voltas i-card.

                                    Incident date: 03.04.2019
                                    After this installation, we observe water leakage in the duct. We raised a request for it. Then, nitesh sent aftab (M:[protected]) to sort out water leakage issue. Aftab has corrected it but simultaneously he has also suggested that the 1st installation worker i. E adil has broken cover lid.

                                    Incident date: 05.04.2019
                                    Thus, we have again raised the request to change the cover lid. This time voltas has sent neeraj (M [protected]). Neeraj was not able to sort out the issue. Neeraj has also confirmed that adil and his sub-ordinate mintu are not voltas authorised installation partner.

                                    Nitesh has also not provided any installation bill. We requested installation bill from adil. He suggested installation bill will be sent to mail id. But it never came. These thing has raised concern over the voltas authenticity, reliability.ac cover lid is still broken. Could voltas will take action against nitesh if he is sending unauthorised person for installation.

                                    Is nitesh himself is voltas authorised representative else how my purchase details leak to him?

                                    When will voltas change the ac cover and repair it.

                                      However till now have not got any response from voltas. Called up customer care and they told me that my email address was not updated in system so they did not send the wta certificate. Also was advised to sent sms wta three times for 3 ac. Dont understand what is happening in voltas.
