Voltas Beko — I am complaining about my refrigerator.

Sir, I have purchase a new Voltas double door refrigerator in 05.03.2021 which is not working properly ever after many time of complain to Voltas service centre although complain was attended yet still not functioning and cooling properly and at present has stopped working.
It is therefore requested that this defective piece may please be exchanged and fresh provided to satisfy the customer. May refrigerator was under warranty.
