Voltas Beko — PCB fault of voltas beko refrigerator

It is brought to your kind notice that one Voltas Beko refrigerator had been bought in the month of March 2020 from Ashoka Electronics, 57-59 Chandra Shekhar Azad Market Firozabad against invoice No.4606 on dated 12th March 2020 [Invoice attached for reference please]. In this regard I would like to submit few lines for your kind consideration.

· Since the refrigerator had been bought, it is not functioning properly especially in the summer season.

· In the Month of Nov-2020 it stopped working suddenly and then a complaint had been lodged to rectify the technical fault and resolve accordingly.

· Technician attended the fault and replaced one electronic control card.

· Refrigerator again stopped working on[protected] and appropriate action was taken and lodged the complaint on[protected] with complaint number [protected] but the complaint had been cancelled unnecessarily. Then complaint again lodged on[protected] with complaint number [protected].

· Since[protected], Technician has not visited the location yet and fault is still pending.

All these are causing great inconvenience. I, therefore, request you to replace the refrigerator for a new one because I feel the refrigerator is having manufacturing defects that’s why faults are repeating. As I belong to the lower middle class so I can not afford its repairing charges after warranty periods. Kindly arrange to resolve this problem on an urgent basis.
