[Resolved] Voltas — Brand new air conditioner not working | |||
I bought a brand new AC on 26 march 2016. But after installation its compressor came out to be faulty. I lodged a complaint with customer care (complaint no-[protected]). The company guys came and said that the ODU has to be replaced. It has been a week since then but I could not get my ODU replaced. What is this? U have such low quality product that the brand new AC is not working. The dealer is also not interested in replacing my AC. It was a great loss for us to trust the voltas brand and customer service. Now I am in the middle of no where. Please look into my matter and replace my compressor unit urgently. Was this information helpful? | |||
