[Resolved] Voltas — brand new voltas ac not functioning | |||
Totally cheated us with the product. We never expected this from tata. The ac unit was installed in the month of october and we have raised more than 10 complaints so far. Our last complaint was registered on may 11th and we are again facing the problem today (June 3rd). There is zero cooling and water keeps leaking 3rd time now. Earlier gas was completely drained. The other problem was too much vibrations in the unit. I wonder if the brand new ac could cause so many troubles. We wanted a reimbursement of our 36, 000 or replacement of the unit. Voltas have tested our patience enough. Out of 6 months we were dealing with these complaints for more than two months now. We are from a middle class family and every penny matters a lot for us. We have kids finding very difficult to sleep in 40 degree heat. Is this what we deserve after we make a payment of 36000 rs which is our hard earned money. Please help!
