[Resolved] Voltas — breakdown request no: [protected] | |||||
Dear all, I have raised a breakdown request no: [protected] on 21st april 2018, two different service associates called and tried to repair one each time but they failed. First guy said it was a leak and failed to find leak in pipe, next guy concluded that the valves might have failed but he was unable to replace them. There are no standard rate card for repair the 3rd party guys can charge exuberant prices and we have to oblige, i agreed to all their terms but they are not technical enough to deal with the problem. Newly supplied WAC units -03 nos are Faulty/No gas. The machines have been purchased on dated 29.03.2018 bearing sl no[protected]A17LC[protected]A17LC[protected]A1 18AC90907 under guarantee. Please rectify the fault
