[Resolved]  Voltas — Called voltas customer care they sent a fraud guy

As my AC was not working I called voltas customer care service no. [protected] they sent two guys to repair my AC . He said he was a dealer of Voltas company and company has sent him, so he started repairing and told me that PCB of AC is not working and also Gas is leaked. He took PCB of the AC with him and then after three days he brought it back and charged 2650/- and gave us a bill. It was not working but he said that it will start working in 2-3 days but it is not working.Now he is not responding to our calls. VOLTAS did a fraud here.
