I hold a Voltas 1 ton Ac which is in warranty period along with that I have the yearly AMC charges to the company but every time we have to call them for servicing and they take their own time on 25th March 2022 I have raised a service request and was assured that the technician will visit on 26th March but he did not turn up then on Monday 28th March 2022 a technician name sanjay came to my place for surviving and said that there is a leakage for which the unit to be taken to ware house I spoke to Kishika madam on 28th March and she said that on 29th it would be picked up and on 30th it would be deliver but today when I called Kishika she said it would require more time and not possible to deliver today for repair of leakage why it take so much time moreover she said that only your ac is not with them there are more ac to repair a leakage it takes hardly 2 to 3 hours for which they are taking so much time all the staff are speaking arrogantly speaking no solution in such a big company its a TATA product so we assure that made in india will work but it's a worst company so after sales service guarantee next time I shall never use any of the Tata product because it's service are very bad and higher authority should resolve this issues

    After few days of service of the two air conditioner i have of the voltas company, they both were not cooling properly(might be the gas has been leaked).I have the warranty for 5 years. I called on the helpline no. Several times but no response came.After sending my query on email. They sent an sms that they would approach me on 29th march.I waited the whole day and no one came.I dont have anothr way to contact them.No one is interested in addressing my query.Its really disappointing.

      The subject Air Conditioner was purchased on 23rd March, 2022 from M/s. EP Electronic Paradise Pvt. Ltd. B-1/2 Janak Puri, New Delhi vide Invoice No.NDC/R-4637/21-22. The Box (Bar Code No .4011387A21FB01209) containing the Air Conditioner was delivered on 24th March, 2022. On 25th March, 2022 the Mechanics/Engineer visited my residence for installation of an Air Conditioner. After the installation when the AC was started there was no cooling. The Mechanics tried their best but could not detect the defect. E-6 Error was being displayed on the AC; and the Compressor was not started. The Mechanics informed that a complaint has to be lodged to your office for replacement of the Air Conditioner with a new one. The amount of installation was paid to the Mechanic. Afterwards, the complaint was lodged vide request Nos.[protected] and apptt was scheduled on 28 March, 2022; but no mechanic came.A message was received that Mr, Deen from Voltas would visit; but nobody came. Whenever I lodge complaint a sterotyped Request No. generated viz.[protected] & [protected]; without any fruitful results. NEW VOLTAS AC IS NOT WORKING FROM THE DAY OF INSTALLATION. E-6 Error is being displayed. PLS REPLACEMENT WITH NEW ONE AND DEPUTED AN EXPERIENCED ENGINEER FOR INSTALLATION. NO OPTION OF AIRCONDITIONER IN THE CATEGORY.         I raised a complaint for my split AC on 23/03/2022 but it’s not attended yet. First it was wrongly assigned to Delhi service centre which was not correct as I raised the complaint for Indore location. Now I am getting messages that the complaint is proposed for cancellation as customer is not reachable. I didn’t receive anything yet from your side.
        So far I have been provided 3 different service center no and they don't server my location. Seems customer care executives needs some education while assigning complaints to the service center. They even not able to read the address correctly.

          I have purchased the AMC on 25th Nov 2021 but still i have not received the document for the same, for the same I wrote the mail to [protected]@voltas.com and call to Mr. Ashish Gupta on [protected] but still the document not received. calling again and again but no response from Mr. Gupta.             I just got voltas inverter AC 15days back, I am facing so many problems, ac is not cooling at all, I called the service centre continuosly for 5 days to come and see the problem, he came today after 5 days, and he confirmed that ac has issue, so I want replacement with another good ac as soon as possible, pls don't do such things to people, don't sell defective ac to customer,
            I want replacement urgently.

              I have purchased split type A/C model number12BDZZ(R32) From your dealer KPL Engineering Nagpur on Dt/23/03/2022.it is installed on 24/03/2022 till date it is not functional due to some code issue through system which he is not getting as told by him .even he is not ready to uninstall and take it back. your so called toll free number is unreachable .requested to take it back as COLTAS Service is worst. IF such is the case for new A/C god save from after sales service

                I have purchased a VOLTAS WINDOW AC: modal number 123 LZF from a verified dealer and after installing it from my end I noticed that the AC is being switched on and off automatically. After going through manual which clearly specified that a call to the customer care number needs to be made and they’ll tell me a password which I’ll have to enter in my remote.
                It is disgusting that after calling the toll free number 5 times they were not picking up the phone and the WhatsApp number told me that the company will charge RS 599 to come and enter the password.
                Now, this is absurd that nowhere is this procedure mentioned and 599 for just entering a password is not justified at all.
                I have 4 LG ACs at my place and this is the first time that I’m purchasing a Voltas AC.
                I regret to inform you that I’m highly disgusted by your services and want my problem immediately resolved.

                      Hi, i raised a service request for my AC on 20th March. The product is under AMC till 26 th March 2022. Technician came the next day and he abruptly without even starting the work he just asked us to pay the service charge. I said it's under AMC and I showed him the receipt too. But he jus checked with someone over the phone and said they didn't have data as the agency is changed. I immediately called the customer care they checked and said it's under AMC and we need not pay for the service. But the technician left the venue without doing any service in our AC. Why you people are getting a huge amount for AMC and not doing justice to your customers???? Really it's very annoying!!! I keep on calling the customer care they just say they raised a call back BUT TILL NOW THERE IS NO SERVICE DONE AND NO CALL CAME FOR THE SERVICE. why you are cheating us ????you have all the proof and why can't you do the work for the amount we paid??? Henceforth i am not going to purchase any of your voltas product and this is going to be posted in social media sites too. So that people are aware and think before buying your products. My AMC will end on 26th March and I hardly did only 2 services last year and now i raised for another one but it's all cheating done to me.

                                I have bought a split ac 1.5 ton in the month of April 2021. Last week I complained about not cooling, after 4-5 days a technician came on saturday 19th March 2022 and told me that there was a gas leakage, so another technician would come. Till now I have been trying to contact customer care number, service centre no and others but no one is coming for solving the problem. If, by mistake, someone picks up the phone he gives me another person's number and that number is always not reachable.
                                I have never ever seen this type of cheap service in my whole life. Worst experience with voltas of my life.

                                  After Trying Multiple Customer Services i am Contacting your Service

                                  I have Recently Buyed Voltas 1.5 Ton A/C from Flipkart i literally had very very Bad Experience with installation Service i Got Product Received on March 12 And today its 21th March Till date no Installation. It is in Karimnagar, Telangana - 505001. I have Called for 7 days more than 50 Times to installation but no Luck from them

                                  And One more Point You Say A/C is Stabilizer Freeand your Installation Persons are not ready to install the product if we don't Buy Stabilizer from Them and Very Rude Explanation.

                                    Dear Sir,

                                    I purchased a Voltas Inverter AC Model No. EU 123V CZ TT R32 in April 2019 from No.284, Vasanth & Co Store, 1, Trichy - Madurai Highway, Melur, Madurai DT, Tamil Nadu 625106

                                    In March 2021, an authorized Voltas Service center (Star Krish Air Condition, No.9, Thirunavukarasu street, Alagappan Nagar, Madurai-625003) took the AC unit to their place for gas refill and full service at the cost Rs.1675. After this full service, within a couple of months, the AC unit started to throw error code EH03 and stopped functioning. When we raised this issue to that service center, they again took the AC unit to their place and informed us that the PCB board needs to be replaced at the cost of Rs.1800. We reluctantly paid that fee and got it replaced in Aug 2021. Within the next 3 months, again the AC unit started giving trouble with the same error code (EH03) and stopped functioning. When we complain about this issue to the dealer, they are not ready to entertain that complaint and months are passing. They always try to charge the fee for their worst service

                                    This kind of bad service from such reputed companies like Voltas is not acceptable and we customers are trusting your brand products for a long run. But, your dealers are providing low quality service and because of them the same error is happening again and again in my AC unit. We customers cannot bear service charge and repair charge repeatedly for the same issue within the span of 3 months from last service for the same issue. If no action has been taken, I will not be left with any other option but to seek help from consumer court with all the bills

                                      I have purchased a Voltas split AC 2 Tonnes last year in May 2021. The product has been giving problems right from the beginning. Now I submitted a request for AC service and gas refill.
                                      I was informed by the agent that the coils of the AC have to be replaced because they have leakage. It has been 9 days since I have been following up, complaining, calling- no resolution is provided. People have disconnected calls, spoken rudely, repeatedly asked to call back for an update but no one has done anything.
                                      Today I was informed that Voltas company has discontinued making the particular model of AC which I purchased last year!
                                      This is heights. I am very dissatisfied with the Voltas customer care service. By the way, customer care agents are always busy or always busy on other calls- no matter how many times you call. (I was given this no to call [protected])
