Voltas — CC Executives are not solving my request

I buy a new Voltas AC from on December 2015. But it was not working properly, it have some cooling & sound problem I raised request to the customer care two times. CC executives are assuring me that they will solve my problem within 24 hours, but after every 24 hours I received sms that my complain is cancelled & the reason is customer not responding. No one even the technician not called or visited my place to repair it, so how they can say that customer not responding. This is summer season & my child are facing problem. Kindly see my matter.
