[Resolved]  Voltas — charging fee for replacing faulty part under warranty

Hi,
I have purchased a window ac in 2017 of voltas with 1 year on product and 5 year on compressor warranty. After 1 year ac compressor stopped working.
When i asked for service under warranty. Voltas told i will be charged 2200 for gas filling and 350 for visiting charges. However gas is full in ac.
I asked him why i will pay for gas if it is full and your under warranty part is faulty.
Voltas told while replacing compressor we have to empty gas.

Issue is that why i will pay for under warranty part repair process. I am not asking them to refill gas. They are emptying that on their understanding. I just want under warranty part to be repaired.

Ac fitting was not good that's why accident happened and there is untrained staff n consumer in in critical position staff is not listening to us
