[Resolved]  Voltas — complaining about ac service not done properly

Dear sir,
I have registered complaint regarding service of my window ac on 13-06-18 and the product is under warranty. The customer care representative assure me that service of your product should be done within 48 hours but till 15-6-18 nobody contact me about the same and i have contacted again to customer care and the csa replied that its should be done in 48 working hours your service engineer contacted me on 17-06-18 at 18:30 pm and that time i was out of station i confirm him that you come on 18-06-18 and he came and service done by him. He did not done service properly the grill of ac not fit properly and the noise issue is continue with ac. My service request no. Is [protected] and registered mobile no. [protected]. You are requested to kindly resolve the issue on urgent basis.
