Respected sir, I have purchased voltas split ac 2 months back. for which i have a problem of water leakage. i have raised the compliant with your customer carer on a phone call on 6 29 june 2016. first they told me that technician will visit in 24 hours. then after 24 hours when call again they told me 24 working hours means after 3 days. Again i called after that time period so mr. nitesh of your call center that technician will visit late by late on 8th july Then again i call in saturday morning they told me technician will visit today. i am calling 10 time but technician is not visit. very poor service.
