[Resolved] Voltas — complete negligence in services and of customer care | |||||
We gave complaint on worse condition of ac, for it's maintenance, but simply registering the complain took 3 days.. 1st customer care put our call on hold... For 1hr.. And when we messaged... Through sms, we got informed that "our customer care executive will attend to you, after 60 mins". And several "60mins"... Passed yet no call or email or message.. Then we emailed to voltas... But after 1 day... They called us to register our complaint. That event was 3days from now... And still we are waiting for service.. Is it justified that being a customer, we will receive such amount of negligence and pain in this hot season. When we try calling the care, they say monotonously that "we received your complaint, and we will be sending a person..." Whom the voltas company doing justice...
