[Resolved] Voltas — cooling not done | |||
Dear Sir/Madam i have purchased 1.5 T. 183 LYD -3 star AC on 31.5.2017.From Anand-Gujarat. From beginning it was problematic I.e Indoor Unit. After replaced it with very very trouble because no one was ready to accept fault. On March 2018 i Have started AC But no cooling done so i call customer care and found that there was gas leakage and refilled by service center and give assurance that it will be no done again. i call customer care they only saying only soft words but there were no any strong action favor of customer.Now. May 2018 again I face same Problem i call customer care and technician come and sail there is no gas.
