[Resolved] Voltas — damaged pcb card due to inefficient technician | |||
I brought TATA all weather split ac 1.5 ton ac from munger electricals in year 2014.n satisfied with TATA product. But now due to inefficent technician who tarnished the satisfaction.He Confirmed pcb damaged/ censor not working/remote not working n many more issues like motor is working slow when on 9/6/19 I lodged complaint about ac not working with request no.[protected]. Since then following up with the agency or even with your manager went in vein. Your manager Mr Rajeev Ranjan not even bothered to revert or call back or support in resolving the issue . Such callous n rude behaviour with customers I don't think is known to be the culture of TATA industries. Hope the sanctity will be maintained. Its now 13 days passed with status quo. Trust you will help in resolving n prioritizing my complaint to the satisfaction. Was this information helpful? | |||
