[Resolved] Voltas — deep freezer 350l | |||
Hi, I am ashish. I have purchased a 350l deep freezer 1 year back and in the time spam of 1 year 3 times compressor has changed. Now just after 15 days from expiry of warranty i am again facing same issue. I called customer care multiple times but situation of voltas is like hell... There is no communication between service centre and customer care. Only illiterate service people sitting there who aims only to fetch money out of customer. Now problem is that compressor got replaced just before 30 days from expiry of bill also and they are saying that now they will charge 10k again as its out of warranty. My question is that why its happening again and agiain its technician inability to identify and also if compressor has changed in last 45 days then there smust be some warranty of that new compressor also... My faulty compressor should be replace without any charge Was this information helpful? | |||

Now also i am chasing from last 5 days ..my request got cancelled automatically without my confirmation...this really shows the quality of the brand. And also i already have multiple concalls with higher authorities amd service centre.they just say that we will get back in 2 hour then i came to knw that request closed again...what a ### is this...mad mad service centre
