[Resolved] Voltas — defective model of ac provided, no service provided from 2 weeks | |||
I had buy voltas split ac (Voltas 1.5 t sac 183 eza serial no : 4512528da05080) from "goela electronics pvt ltd" on 15/05/2019. On 20 june 2019 ac stopped cooling. On switching on ac it was running but there was no cooling at all. As my product is under warranty period i called voltas costumer care (Phone number - [protected]) on the same day i. E. On 20th june 2019. Its been 20 days since then but no service have been provided. Since fault have appeared in my ac within 1 month of purchase thus it seems like i have been provided with defective piece so its complete fraud from company side.
