[Resolved] Voltas — Delay in installation of window ac | |||
I have bought 1.5 ton window ac (DYA 183) from Delhi Cantt on 10 May 17. I registered a request for installation (No.[protected]) which was to be attended on 11 May 17. I received a call on 11 May and the technician informed that he will be there in 30 mins. He did not come for four hours. When contacted he informed that his bike is not in order and he will not come. Since then I have been calling the call center, however the ac is not yet installed Was this information helpful? | |||
