I have raised a service request [protected] as my AC was not working on 20.03.2022. In the past 25 days the technician came twice. In their first visit they identified faulty pcb and told us the it will be indented and will come again and get it replaced with the faulty pcb.
In their second visit on 01.04.2022 other technician came and said that there were three parts indented but one of them is different from the indented parts. And said that it will take more time to get our unit in working condition.
The service centre they were from is A M service centre uttam nagar New Delhi.
I tried and got the no. of both the service centre and the area service manager voltas but they both are unable to give any time limit so as to when will my unit be working.
Yesterday only I have bought a cooler to give me and my family some relief from this scorching heat in Delhi area. Will Voltas take the courtesy to refund me the money I have spent on a cooler, just due to their failure as they could not provide the services in due time and even they don't know till now even after 25 days that how long will it take to close the service request.
voltas should make the service request failure and delay compensated for and take the cooler away on the same day when they will resolve my service request.
Will it be done within this summer season or shall I wait for winters to get in my room and get the feeling of the great voltas cooling?
