I have purchased a brand u new AC, after 2nd service I faced issue of not cooling and the entire gas was leaked out, I raised a complaint to customer service on the 22/04/2022 the mechanic came to check on 23/04/2022 and stated they will need to take the outside unit to the service center on 25/04/2022 but no one turned up, called the mechanic and customer service on 26/04/2022, was promised the issue will be actioned on 28/04/2022 on priority but still no sing of anyone to service it. It's such an inconvenience to leave other work and waste a day for the service man to come and get the AC fixed but still no one comes.

Ac not cooling

Recently, have purchased AC from Flipkart. Now, I am looking to purchase extended warranty upto 5 years from Voltas. When I checked with your customer care, they said Flipkart is not authorised seller and we cannot provide extended warranty to you. Please provide me the extended warranty or confirm that Flipkart is not authorised seller. So that I can take the matter with them. I raised a complaint on 19 April 2022 regarding ac cooling issue and till date no technician visited to solved my problem. Service Request Number- [protected]

I have call around 10-15 times in your customer care service and Service manger and they are giving me false commitment till date.

Last month I have also raised the same type of request (Colling problem and AC service) on dated 17th March 2022 and in one month we are getting the same issue AC Colling problem(AC Gas empty with in 1 month) . if you want I can also share you all call recording conversation with your customer care or service center. How they cheated every time.

NOW YOUR ARE THE ONLY HOPE FOR ME

I've raised a complaint to Voltas regarding my window AC which was having compressor issues. Voltas had replaced the compressor and taken the money but the issue is still there. I raised the complaint again regarding this, but no technician visited my place to fix the problem. I tried calling Voltas customer care and they always say that the technician will be visiting the place soon. I also tried calling our area service manager of Voltas but he is not picking up the call. I am having a very bad customer experience now as this issue was raised to the company a week before and still no resolution.

I bought a Voltas 1.5 ton window AC on 25.03.2018 at GIRIAS, LB road Adyar branch. bearing serial no 4011234A17LC01368. On 20.04.2022, I had registered a complaint through SR no.[protected], in spite of repetitive calls no one attended the complaint. On 25.04.22, Through the internet I got Mr. Doss, service MGR number and complaint and on 27.04.22 Mr. Ashok from your service partner Weatherpoint inspected and said there is a gas leak and to be taken to the service center for replacement. He asked for the bill copy which I couldn't as I misplaced it. Mr. Ashok said he can't make the indent without invoice. I requested him to take the machine for service, meanwhile I will organise a copy from Girias. He obliged. I went to Girias to take a copy of the bill, but unfortunately their system was down . I had to give a manual request to Girias but they said it will take 10 days to come. Meanwhile, I received a recorded message yesterday stating my service call is cancelled.

I checked my details with Voltas self care with my registered phone number, I was able to retrieve my machine model, serial number and the date of purchase. I just want you to take Voltas self care details as purchase proof and replace the parts. You know it's very hot to sleep at night with kids. Please do the needful ASAP.

Purchased new 2 ton split AC from Voltas through Amazon and got it installed by voltas team last week, it worked fine for a couple of days but now it is not at all cooling and blowing warm air, l request you to kindly fix the problem ASAP.

i purcahsed ac from italian refrigiraton on01/04/2021. On 8th/04/2022 i made complain to company my complain number[protected]. On 8th company person visit my house and check the ac and told me that pcb problem in my ac and he took rs 500/- for service charge to fit pcb and told me that he will bring pcb within week but today is 27/4/2022 no any person will come to change the pcb again i tried to register complai but they cancelled my complain 2 to three times at last i made this complain on this site so please rectify my complain . Voltas company a big brand and this type of service they are giving to customer i also telephone service incharge of gujarat n informed my complaint he assure me that he will do it in 2 or 3 days name of service incharge was mr vinod and telephone number is [protected]. They dont understand his duty so kindly resolve my complain immidietly

On online complaint your Bhilai branch technician take away Motherboard (inverter) for repairing/replacement.33days have already elapsed .False promises from your Bhilai unit/Raipur office.No coordination between them.It reflects poor service and damaging Voltas name .It hardly take 7days to come any component from your Bombay office.Please look into the matter and resolve the grievance immediately.repeat immediately.

I was complained in customer care my complaint number [protected] mr moin ansari come to visit and charge 450 Rupees and said ur ac gas is leaked and fill it in two days but I call customer service bareilly after five days they the shortage of gas in bareilly that's why they not fill up early I purchased ac in last april install by ur supervisor serviced by u and gas leaked is ur fakt but u not filled and said issue of shortage gas such a very worst service u have plz resolve mu problem very soon

I installed voltas inverter AC 1.5 ton 3star last year.exactly after 1year, while switching ac, it's not cooling the room and showing PC 04 error in every 2mins and compressor stops in every 2 mins.i had already called the Voltas service man, but they didn't adress the pc 04 error.just saw and left.i hv already told them there is an error, but they didn't adress that. it's very sincere request kindly adress this kind of error.its so frustrating

Everyday I'm requesting Call back but i never received any call back from your end also sent several email but no response from your end

Sir amc le hai voltas ac 3/3 visit ke baad ac mai cooling ke lie aate hai 20 din pehle bhi company ne gas Dali thi but 20 din mai gas lea hui hai ya kya hua hai cooling nai ho rai complaint ki to keh rae h 1 visit mai falt likha jata hai 2 nd visit mai gas no not hota hai 3 Rd visit mai thik hota hai jisme 7/10 din ka time lagta hai maine kaha jab ac lia tha tab to ye nai btaea tha ki service 10 din tak vait karna padega pehle to phone pick nai karte agar karte hai unko problem btao to karte hai hmara to yahi protocol hai aapko ye manna e padega koi sunvai nai very bad service

We have already lodged service request but service engineer not visited

मैने 21-04-22 को नया AC लिया Aditya vision store danapur से और aaj 22-04-22 को शाम को voltas AC instal के लिए इंजीनियर आया, Ac लगाने का जगह देखा AC को packing से बाहर निकाला और इसी दौरान बोला की पानी का पाइप खिडक़ी में छेद कर के बाहर निकाल दे रहे है, इस पर मेरी पत्नी ने कहा कि पाइप vantilator से निकाल दिजियेगा, तो इस पर आपका इंजीनियर attitude और घमंड के साथ बोला की हम आपके बिस्तर के पास पानी का पाइप छोड़ देते हैं आप बिस्तर पर एक bucket लगा लीजिएगा, ये बात मेरी पत्नी को बुरा लगा और मेरी पत्नी ने उनसे कहा कि आप instal मत कीजिए, इस पर आपके इंजीनियर सामान बिखरा हुआ छोड़ कर वापस चले गये
ऊपर सारी घटना को देखते हुए उचित कार्यवाही करे

There no any one person in marathi, while we choose marathi only hindi executives receives call. and transferring calls from here and there, customer service is very bad
