I have purchased my AC in May 2019, in the 1st year the Ac was worked very fine, but starting from 2nd year it seems like dead. serval complaints logged, many phone calls emails to your service center but nothing happened, your service center done at least 30 visits at my home from 2020 to till now, but still my ac is dose not work properly, is this a kind of services you are providing your customer, very perthitic service below is my contact number to reaching out to me.

    It is really unfortunate I am repeatedly giving customer complaints look into as priority as it is getting cancelled. SR NO [protected]

    The Voltas AC service keeps cancelling our request and blaming us for not taking the phone call it is been more than one week now and it was serviced before a month back and AC facing issue again.

    Take it as priority.

      I have raised a request for AC service on 31st March 2022 SRno. [protected] but till today after 10 days I got no visit from any of the voltas engineer and also not getting any response of the mails even customer support is also of no use they give new SR No. Every time . My AC is still in warranty and it's not working. Never seen such post sales services better TATA VOLTAS should shut there business and first work on there post sales services.

        Today I raise a service request of Voltas ac 1 ton which is not cooling. Technician visited and filled gas . Charges is 3800 Rs which is very high . Kindly make it transparent so that customer should satisfy . No satisfaction from my side on comment part.

            It just worked for 1 year. After just 4 days of warranty expiry there is a water leakage. Now I have to pay for service. I believe Voltas products life time is less.

              Hello,

              I am really sorry to say that but I am writing this note out of frustration and utmost poor service delivery.
              I did register a complaint on 18th March 2022 with the subjected request number. After a number of follow ups and calls post almost 20 day engineer visited at home to check on the issue. After investigation he mentioned the Display PCB panel is defective and the service centre has to order it which will be delivered from the warehouse. And now I have been waiting for about a week and neither Area Manager picks the calls nor the service centre CRO. Every time I call up customer care they forward my call to escalation department and escalation department member will keep me on hold for an hour on every call and tells me that they are trying to reach out service center and Area manger but none are responding and they will contact me soon after talking with them. I had more than 5 calls like that and now its going to be a month soon.

              Voltas tagline says - "India's No. 1 AC brand '' I am sorry to say that if you gonna provide this kind of service no one ever gonna have second thoughts to buy any product of Voltas.

                Dear V-Care team,
                Please refer to the Service Request # : [protected].

                My Voltas split air conditioner, Model 5TSAC183VDZU2, purchased on 19 Jan 2019 from Nandilath G-Mart, Kollam (Kadappakada). The A/C has been down, no cooling, from February 8 2022. After several attempts for contact (Contact number obtained from Nandilath G-Mart) Voltas service center in Kollam. They send a technician, Jijo ([protected]) after several calls made. He has inspected the outdoor unit and confirmed the compressor body has been corroded from bottom and the oil and gas leaked from there. He has intimated his findings to the Voltas service centre in Kollam and given me a personal contact number, Vineetha ([protected]) to expedite the repair(change compressor etc). But nothing happened for many days, then I have contacted the service centre again. They have informed that they ordered for a new compressor and once received they will remove the outdoor unit and finish the work asap.
                On 21st March the service sent service technicians to remove the outdoor unit from site, Kollam jawahar Junction, Pattathanam. I waited for more than a week and called service centre on 30 mar 2022 and they have promised to call back after talking to the repair shop. Nothing happened, then I called again this week to enquire and said the compressor yet not arrived from Cochin depot (so long to transport a compressor unit from Cochin). I received a call from service on 06 Apr 2022 and informed that the compressor has been welded the corroded portion and ready for delivery. They quoted a service charge of 4800 rupees plus technician Jijo has collected 600 rupees cash (total 5400) from me for just look at the compressor fault, oil and gas leak from the compressor bottom.

                Now my question is what is the customer's fault for Voltas delivering a substandard compressor unit, the oil and gas leaked from compressor corroded portion and the service centre misguiding the customer for almost 2 months. I have photos of the corroded compressor and the oil and gas leaked form there.

                I am not willing to pay the said amount and please resolve the issue with Voltas centre in Kollam, Kerala.

                  I purchased window AC on dated 10.03.2021 from flipcart.
                  AC installed on dated 17.03.2021.
                  first of all Service engineer not tell about two service is free.
                  then regularly call with customer care from 15.03.2022 for AC free service but he say your purchase date is 10.03.2022 so free service time is over.
                  we ask if AC installed on dated 17.03.2022 and it is also mentioned on flipcart.

                    Hello Voltas,

                    I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Computers & Consumer Electronics

                    The issue that I have experienced was: It's a Voltas inverter window AC (184VADA). Purchased on
                    5th-Apr, Delivered on 6th-Apr and Installed on 7th-Apr.
                    I Noticed on the same day (7th-Apr) that AC is not cooling the room.

                    Called Vijay Sales customer care on 7th-Apr and locked the complaint. They advised me that
                    technician will visit and advise accordingly.

                    It occurred on: 7/04/2022

                    Either resolve this non-cooling complaint on top priority OR replace the AC urgently.
                    I really don't want this to linger on without any reason.

                    Invoice copy is attached for your reference.

                    I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. I would like to keep a complete record of my
                    case.

                      I purchased Voltas 1 Ton Split AC Model 123V CZT3 on 20th May 2021 from Bajaj Electronics.

                      I am facing poor cooling and water leakage issue from 20th March 2022.

                      On 21st March 2022, I raised a complaint with Voltas customer care Ph#[protected]. The Service request # [protected]. I was told that an engineer will be assigned. 22 March 2022 09:42 am- I emailed [protected]@voltas.com requesting to expedite the service but no response. Volta’s agents only give a standard statement that an engineer will be assigned soon. I called multiple times to Voltas Customer care Ph# [protected]. Most of the time is it busy or unreachable. Finally, when I reached them, the agent asked me to contact Sri SAI Air conditioner Ph #[protected]. Most of the time these folks do not respond. Once when the Sri Sai agent answered the phone, he committed to send an engineer right away.

                      I waited but nobody came. 23 March 2022 11:18 am - I emailed [protected]@voltas.com and mentioned that the engineer is yet to come but no response. I mentioned that I will be travelling on 24 March. (I left Hyderabad via Train at 4:45 pm to Chennai) I got a call from the Voltas agent PH#[protected] on 28th March at 17:33. This agent said that service engineers are very busy and hence last week they did not come. He asked if service can be scheduled for 29th March. I clearly explained that I am in Chennai and I will be returning to Hyderabad Wednesday at 6:00 am. Hence, I requested the service on 30th March. But he said that he will cancel the service and I need to relog. I categorically informed him that I need the service scheduled on Wednesday but he denied it.

                      Thereafter, I received text messages from Voltas at 18:15 hours that the service is cancelled as the customer number was not responding. This is a blatant lie. I am responding to calls as well as sending emails. I called Voltas Customer care at [protected] on 30th March at 11:18 am. After numerous attempts reached the customer agent who promised to send an engineer after escalating it internally. I waited till evening but nobody called nor did anybody visit.

                      I called Voltas Customer care at [protected] on 30th March at 4:55 pm. I demanded an escalation. I was made to wait. I spoke to different agents who kept repeating the same that an engineer will be assigned soon. I was told that the engineer will come on 31st March before 2 pm. I asked the phone agents whether they received my email.

                      I was bluntly told that they do not deal with it as the Email support team is different. 31st March - I waited a whole day but nobody called nor did anybody visit. 1st April – I received a text message at 8:11 am that SR# [protected] stands cancelled. Reason:- Customer number not reachable.

                      This is a blatant lie as mentioned earlier. I tried calling Voltas Customer care at [protected] but the line is busy. I did a Whatsapp chat and was provided with a New Service Request # [protected] by the chatbot. I am still waiting for the service. I have not received any response from [protected]@voltas.com; ‎[protected]@voltas.com

                      I called Voltas on 7-April 2022 and spoke with agents Bharti and Anita. The answer is the same. I need to wait for. They do not take care nor have any idea of Email department.

                        Bought a voltas split AC from manish sales.

                        They came to install the AC today after almost 6 days today despite us raising multiple complaints

                        Neetu, customer care executive from gwalior is extremely rude and impolite

                        - the ac has been installed where there is no power point. Despite telling them multiple times. Because its a government accommodation a power point cannot be installed in that area. They have already drilled at multiple areas
                        - extremely poor installation services after a long wait.
                        - want a refund. If my complaint is not reverted to i will take up a case to the consumer court

                            My AC broke down 5 times now. Same issue. Gas leakage. This was not fixed and every time I escalated they promised it would be fixed. However the issue happened again and again. Now with no resolution and in this heat, I have don’t have the luxury to use my own AC.

                            Why? Because of brilliant VOLTAS SERVICE.

                            The ac broke down again after being serviced. Just within 3 day.
                            And the same problem occurred again!!! In matter of three days!!!
                            Nothing is sorted!!! After a week of waiting, they serviced my ac, and it broke down again within 3 day!!!
                            After raising another service request, I am still waiting for the ac to be fixed. The technician says they are waiting for part form the company. What kind of circus is this???
                            This ac is just a year old.
                            What kind of service is this????!!!
                            THE SERVICE CENTER PHONE DOESN'T WORK!!! THE AREA SERVICE PERSON DOESN'T PICK UP THE PHONE!! NO UPDATE ABSOLUTELY NOTHING.

                            FIX MY AC. I HAVE LEARNT MY LESSON. NEVER BUY VOLTAS!!!

                              My Inverter AC was service by TRADE BUFFER INDIA LLP, KHARAR, MOHALI. The service center people serviced my Inverter AC on 3/4.22 and after servicing the AC stops after 30-35 mins of running. It keeps on starting and getting off by itself. Service station people are very rude and should be banned by VOLTAS. I am sorry to say that I as a customer is regretting to have my AC serviced through VOLTAS. Kindly rectify the problem at earliest.

                                I have purchased a new AC 1 ton from authorised dealer. I have paid Rs 950/- for installation charges and Rs 1000/- for outdoor stand. This is excess charges have been taken from authorised service centre.
                                Nor also give any receipt. Please check and clarity.

                                    Newly installed AC 2 Ton Split compressor not switching on.                                       My name is badal and I'm from delhi, i have voltas Air Conditioner and i booked a service for my Air conditioner
                                      I booked service on 23rd march 2022 the voltas send me a message they gave me 26th march 2022 they coming and service my Air conditioner but now 4th April no one come at my home and I made many calls to Voltas no one picked up my calls and 31st march they pickup my call and I told him that no one is coming to service my air conditioner...no answer my question and they send me a message the message is your ac service has been done... I'm shocked..I have old mother in my house, she has a lot of problems without Air conditioner...tell me what to do now..

                                      same issue i am also facing now day, i had complained on 5-march-22 and received message 5-april-22 technician will contact you .but still i have not received any call for this. now day Voltas is giving good service .
                                      I thing we should blacklist this for future and never suggest anyone for this product .i am also going to post on social media as well .now day Voltas giving verse service .i hat voltas .
