[Resolved] Voltas — delayed service | |||
Hello sir I m Dr Anil pulipparambil. I purchased an 1 ton inverter AC from NANDILATH GMART, Irinjalakuda, Thrissur dt on 7th April 2015. It's there in my clinic since then. Cooling was good for past 4 yrs. Last week of March 2019 I noticed that cooling is not there. I called up the authorised customer service centre. Complaint s registered with no [protected]. They came and without inspecting properly they told that gas is not enough and filled it. It was alright for the next 2 weeks but then again the same problem came up. I called the service centre . This time the complaint was registered with no [protected] and was assigned to egg Nandhu. They took the AC May 23. After few days and multiple phone calls they concluded tat there 's a hole in the compressor and it can be replaced under warranty. On 13th of June they brought back the AC. But it was still not working. Took it bak to service centre on 14th. Sir I[censored] have ever been to a dental clinic and undergone any procedure u will know that each of these procedures will take 30 to 45 minutes. Without AC with the patient and doctors sweating how can v complete such skillful job with precision. I m a great fan of TATA products. I insisted many doctors to buy the voltas AC. But if they come to know about the poor service experience where will be the reputation and good will of the company. Complaint was registered one and half months bak. Till date this person Nandhu never called me. I noticed tat all the work has been performed by some guys who have no knowledge on air conditioners.
