[Resolved]  Voltas — Denial Of Extended Warranty

I have purchased 2 Split AC together online from Tata Cliq on 12 April 2019

Serial number on first invoice are
4512476D19CB00394
4552412A19CC00841

Serial number on second invoice are
4512514D19DB02841
4552449A19CC06032*

Installation took 9 days (21 July 2019) as one AC was delivered quickly and another AC was delivered late and we wanted both to be installed together.

Both ACs were purchased with comprehensive extended warranty (1+4 years). All we were asked to get extended warranty is to register our serial numbers on Voltasservice.com which we did immediately post installation.

Now Indoor unit is generating strange noise and when we complained about it to Voltas they say that you had not sent SMS with WTA on some number within 7 days. Neither Tata Cliq nor Voltas has informed us to send this SMS within 7 days of purchase and now they are making this as the basis to deny extended service.

What are my legal options to take it to consumer court.
